Join this masterclass at Italy's first school of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, located in the heart of Rome. Take advantage of this opportunity to discover the world of EVOO, the essential ingredient of the Mediterranean diet, and its fruit of origin, the olive. This guided sensory journey, unique in Rome and Italy, provides an overview of the main expressions of Italy's immense olive-growing heritage. Italy ranks first in the world for olive biodiversity with more than 500 cultivars (cultivated varieties) of olives.The tasting course is divided between theory and analysis practice.
