Visit a local olive grove in the Istrian countryside, where you can see how this product is made from the farm to the table. The farm was built in 1899, and it's located on a small hill. Once you arrive at the olive grove, you'll get to know all about olives and walk through various types of carefully tended olive trees.

You'll be hosted by the owner's family who will guide you in the olive oil tasting room, where you'll learn about the history of olive cultivation and the steps of today's premium olive oil production. You'll hear about the harvesting process, how olive oil is extracted and how it should be properly stored.

Together with the olive oil tasting, you'll be offered a typical Istrian board with local products such as cheeses, grandma's ricotta, jam, bread, prosciutto and two homemade vinegar, accompanied by a glass or two of local Istrian wines, olive digestive and homemade elderflower juice.

This experience is perfect for the whole family, while you'll learn how to taste and distinguish premium olive oil from the average one, kids can enjoy a private soccer field, the company of a friendly dog, and a spacious garden surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and fruit orchards.
