In a winter class, you’ll have the opportunity to learn how to peel artichokes and cook these carciofi alla giudia in the Jewish style, one of the highlights of Roman cuisine. In a typical summer class, you’ll learn how to prepare zucchini flowers or other amazingly fresh vegetables that are in season during warmer months to make the original “fritto romano”.
