Fantastic experience only complaint is platinum pass is a rist band should be a card so if you have a family of four kids like I did you could share it between them. As it is 150 pound for 1

A few rides that we really wanted to ride were closed due to the weather, it rained most the day. Frustrating really as we travelled 4 hours to visit the theme park.

The staff we dealt with right from when I had to pick up my disability ride access pass were absolutely wonderful. I have autism and high anxiety and everybody was so helpful. Also the lovely man in Nemisis Sub-terror was great at reassuring me as I was worried about the live actors. Amazing people.

We were in a group of friends. Several rides were closed incl Nemesis. The Curse at Alton Manor was closed the whole morning. Congo River Rapids and Hex were fully closed. The last 3 were rides suitable for the parents who did not want fast rollercoasters, shame. The Dungeon was good but pricey.

Always a great experience, waiting time not ever a problem, clean rides and great staff. Choices for refreshments really good. Overall another brilliant day out.

Great

Not having paper maps of the park available was unhelpful, the app is not at all intuitive for directions. More signage around the park would also have helped. The event was advertised as festival of thrills with lots of music on the rides, but it didn't feel any different to normal.
