What to remember
Concession tickets are for youth aged 16 to 17 years old, seniors of over 65 years, students with a valid ID, and disabled visitors
Text and tickets can be presented on a mobile device if the group size is under seven people
The multi-language audio guide is available in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Russian, Korean, and Japanese
During peak times, hourly timeslots are used. You can arrive at any time within your chosen one-hour timeslot, so if your timeslot starts at 10.00am, you can arrive any time between 10.00am and 11.00am
Off-peak tickets are set as daily tickets with a starting time of 10.00am. Please make sure to visit the official website for updated opening times
A ticket includes entry to: All open public areas of the palace, The gardens, courtyards, the Maze, and the Magic Garden (weekends only, 1 November -20 December). Access to the Magic Garden is on a strictly first-come, first-served basis
Children aged four years old and undergo free and do not need a ticket
Please note dogs are not permitted within the palace gardens unless they are registered assistance dogs

Excellent experience. The audio guide tour is very good. The palace rooms are awe inspiring in their grandeur. The gardens are wonderful as well. Highly recommended for a day visit.

My visit to Hampton Court Palace was as great as the weather that day - as I enjoy being a tourist, the staff was most helpful toward such a pleasant 'dive' into the past - kudos to those actors also quite a treat.

Castello meno conosciuto come attrazione di Londra ma assolutamente da vedere. Le sale all'interno sono molto belle, il top è il giardino.
