Maligne Valley wildlife and waterfalls tour with lakeside hike

Search for abundant wildlife and learn more about the history and natural wonders of the area. You'll make a 30-minute stop at Maligne Canyon to explore the two bridges and soak up the fantastic views of the cascading waterfall. The tour continues into the sub-alpine forests to Medicine Lake. From there, you'll continue up through a forest that is prime habitat for moose and bears. Sightings are common but not guaranteed.Then, at world-famous Maligne Lake, you'll go for 2 to 3-km interpretive nature walk. Take in beautiful lakeshore vistas before following the easy-grade trail loop back into the forested surroundings. Along the way, your guide shares interesting ecological facts, and you may even spot some resident wildlife.
