The limestone terrain at Maligne Canyon can be slightly uneven. Those with walking difficulties can speak with the guide. If you prefer, you can wait on the bus while the group embarks on the short walk
Temporary Update (valid starting April 2025 until further notice): Due to wildfire damage, access to Maligne Canyon Waterfalls is temporarily closed. If repairs aren’t complete by your tour date, the itinerary will instead include at stop at Maligne Lookout and extended time for a lakeside walk at the stunning Medicine Lake. The Maligne Lake portion of the tour remains unchanged and there is no change to the tour length or price. The experience still provides a rich experience of the area’s exquisite natural beauty and history

You will have a short break for lunch at Maligne Lake. You can buy your lunch there, but it's recommended to bring your own lunch. Alternatively a grab-n-go style lunch is available to purchase from the Maligne Lake House Café
If the minimum of passengers is not reached, the tour will be canceled and you will be offered a refund or reschedule
95% of the tours succeed in spotting wildlife. While frequent, sightings cannot be guaranteed due to the natural environment. You must remain in the bus when viewing wildlife (Parks Canada Regulation)

Complimentary pick-up is available from selected accommodations within the Jasper Area to select at check-out
Travel is by comfortable minibus and fully-covered boat. As mountain weather can be unpredictable, you should bring a rain jacket or umbrella and warm clothing to wear during the outdoor/walking portions of the trip in case of inclement weather
Those travelling with an infant, can bring an infant car seat carrier. Buses have seat belts to strap over the carrier
