Der gebuchte Ausflug war sehr schön, interessant, abwechslungsreich und preislich fair. Leider wird im Hotel kein Deutsch zur Begrüssung etc verwandt. Alles nur in Englisch und Französisch... aber keine einzige Showbegrüssung in deutscher Sprache. Schade! Das sollte geändert werden. VG Sebastian

Via een eerste stop in de Viana woestijn met sandboarden en een lokale degustatie , werd in Rabil een keramiekfabriekje bezocht waar je een souveniertje op de kop kon tikken. Nadien het dorpje Povoação Velha , de oudste nederzetting op het eiland bezocht. Als afsluiter kunnen genieten van het prachtige parelwitte strand van Santa Monica. Graag ook dankjewel aan de gids en de steengoede chauffeur.

Spent time in oldest place in Boa Vista which was a complete waste of time and only had 30 minutes in one of the best beaches in the world. I complained to reps as I was fobbed as we would spend more time on this beautiful beach but they said it was only the full day 4x4 tour which was wrong as a couple we saw there was told as well to stay on the beach as least an hour. We feel robbed for the price we payed for a lie as well as the most uncomfortable ride we have ever experienced.

Service 1a,Hotel super,Essen sehr gut,Sauberkeit sehr gut. Ausflüge sind noch ausbaufähig,entsprachen nicht unseren Vorstellungen.. Nächstes Mal würden wir darauf achten,eine Terrasse mit Sonne zu bekommen,Terrasse lag im Schatten. Der Hinflug,wir hatten Plätze mit mehr Beinfreiheit bezahlt,davon war nichts zu spüren. Hingegen der Rückflug,super,genauso haben wir es uns vorgestellt.

Wir haben es eher als Verkaufsveranstaltung empfunden. An jeder Haltestelle waren Souveniershops oder Verkäufer. Der Guide hat ähnliche Dinge erzählt wie auf der Ganztagestour. Z.B. das genau dieser Fahrer der beste der Insel ist. Wir waren enttäuscht und würden diese Tour nicht wiederholen. Wir hätten auch mehr Hintergrund Informationen gewünscht. Sorry aber das war besonderes.

There were only 4 adults on this morning trip so it was all very personal, from being collected at the hotel both the driver and our guide were charming and very anxious to please. The first stop for the sand boarding was fun, and the little restaurant and snack was enjoyable. The stop at the pottery in Rabil would not have been as meaningful with the guide who explained its history. Then the drive to Santa Monica beach was interesting!

First stop desert experience was 50 metres into a sand dune not truly entering a desert to experience the vast openness etc. Second stop at a pottery was one man engraving a flat piece of clay and a gift shop. Third shop at "oldest village on the island" featured building appearing to date from the 1960s. Last stop at (most beautiful) beach was sand with rough scrub and an uncompleted hotel development behind. Truly underwhelming and a waste of a morning.

Rien d'exceptionnel pour cette excursion d'une demi-journée dans un 4x4 inconfortable où il est impossible de se tenir correctement. 8 personnes sur des banquettes qui se font face et empêchent de voir correctement le paysage. La descente de la dune sur une planche est trop courte et les vendeurs d'objets africains trop collants. L'en-cas servi au restaurant n'a rien d'extraordinaire. Visite à la poterie trop rapide et peu instructive. Point positif : la plage de Santa Monica sur un temps court

The car was modified from the trade car to carry goods to a passenger car. One safety measures was forgotten to put handles for passengers. It's easy to install inside the cabin, so passengers are not falling onto each other with any stops during the drive. Those handles are easy to install inside to the ceiling of the car. Apart from this small but rather annoying defect the whole experience was fine.

Het geheel stelt niet veel voor. Je zit met veel personen in een 4x4. Het crossen door de "woestijn" betreft een ritje van een paar meter naar een restaurant en de plaats van het sandboarden. In de dorpjes zijn alleen verkopers actief. Het strand is mooi en groot. Maar verder is daar niet veel te doen. Kortom: niet echt bijzonder.

A great idea but all the lovely things to do ( beaches and views) around us WHY take us to villagers to be harassed by the locals, our group find this very stressful and glad to be back at hotel. Think this needs re thinking someone needs to jump in a landrover and have a think

Het was niet echt een leuke tour. Het dorpje wat we bezochten was wel leuk. Verder geen waar voor je geld. Er werd nauwelijks iets verteld, de gids was moeilijk te verstaan, hij praatte heel zacht. Al met al een waardeloze tour !!

Von der Wüste nichts gesehen. 2 Meter rein Sandboarden, 2 Meter zum Restaurant, Essen und weg. Nicht mal 15 Minuten einen Spaziergang über den nächsten Hügel. Angefahren wurden die kleinen Städte nur zum Shoppen in der Keramikwerkstatt oder in den kleinen Souvenirshops. Aus dem Jeep raus, kurze Infos über die Insel, Shopping, wieder rein in den Jeep.Der schöne Strand hatte eine kurze Pause von 25 min. für Baden und trinken an der Bar. Reine Kaffeefahrt. Keine wirkliche Hilfe für die Menschen da

Excursion interessante pour découvrir boa vista avec 1 guide super petit bémol pour le 4x4 je déconseille pour le mal de dos et à la descente de la dune des gens qui nous accoste pour vendre leurs objets. En résumé super expérience à faire.

Interessante Halbtagstour, unsere Charmante Führerin konnte uns vieles über die Insel und ihre Bewohner erzählen. Ob der Besuch in der Töpferei, die Schlittenfahrt in den Dünen, das alte Dorf oder der Strand von Santa Monica alles wurde uns mit teils humorvollen Erklärungen näher gebracht. Die teils Abenteuerlich wirkenden Fahrwege hat unser Fahrer perfekt gemeistert. Hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht.

Sandboarden was oke en het strand ook maar de 2 dorpjes die we bezochten was uitstappen en je hebt 15 min tijd. Geen kleine rondleiding in de dorpjes. Wij kennen de weg er niet waar stap je dan heen op 15 min.

40 years of holidays and this was undoubtedly the worst excursion I have ever been on. A completely disinterested young guide who gave us no information about either the trip or the country. Jammed into the back of a land rover for the day with poor views. A number of ridiculous stops ending up on a beach with no shade and a dangerously rough sea (okay it was quite picturesque). This was a big fail from my point of view.

The sand boarding was fun but spoiled by sellers who hassled us as soon as we arrived at the dunes. The breakfast snack was not very pleasant, suggest maybe just a pastry and coffee in the future TUI! Drive through the villages were good but again spoiled by by sellers who jumped on us as soon as we stopped. Would suggest in future stopping for much shorter periods or not at all. Santa Monica beach was beautiful, and rescued what would have been a mediocre trip. Suggest longer time at the beach.

WE ENJOYED THIS TRIP OVERALL AND ENJOYED VISITING THE 2 VILLAGES, ESPECIALLY THE POTTERY. THE BEACH WAS BEAUTIFUL BUT NO-ONE TOLD US BEFOREHAND THAT THE SEA MIGHT NOT BE SAFE TO SWIM IN. MY HUSBAND IS A STRONG SWIMMER SO WAS OK, I HAD TO SIT ON THE EDGE OF THE SHORE. THE DESERT WAS FASCINATING. THE SNOW BOARDING LOOKED FUN, ALTHOUGH WE DIDN'T TRY IT OUT AS WE DIDN'T FANCY THE TREK BACK UP! OUR GUIDE WAS A PLEASANT YOUNG MAN BUT DIDN'T REALLY GIVE US MUCH INFORMATION ABOUT THE PLACES WE VISITED.

Due to my wife's mobility issues, we changed from a full-day to half a day tour. Tui staff promised that my wife would be looked after. This Jeep had a very low roof plus no legroom. A big elderly woman could hardly climb in and out of the Jeep. I had to help her. An over 6-foot man could hardly sit. Our heads kept on banging on the roof when on a rough road. It was not comfortable at all. We were refused to be moved into a high-roof Jeep. I requested a refund as I wasted a day.

I vari punti cucine ( a vista) non erano puliti e i cuochi maneggiavano qualsiasi tipo di cibo a mani nude senza guanti. La camera con vista sull' oceano aveva la cassaforte rotta, le tende della porta finestra sporchissime, lo sciacquone del water non funzionava bene e c' era odore e non si potevano fermare le pale ventilatrici del lampadario senza escludere tutto il sistema elettrico. Camera non proprio da 5 stelle.

Es war eigentlich mehr eine Verkaufstour mit ein bisschen Geschichte. Die Töpferei war ziemlich gestellt für Touristen. Kein Geländer an der Treppe. Wenn man den Guide nicht mit im Auto hatte, keine Infos über die Gegend oder was man gerade sieht.

Meer verwacht van de uitstap … zandboarden houd niks in … de lokale specialiteiten trok op niks .. kan je in het hotel ook krijgen … bezoek aan het stadje viel tegen … is alleen om de winkeltjes te doen … Santa monica beach was mooi .. maar wij hebben al mooier gezien … gids had alleen oog voor jonge meisjes !

The trip was not what was expected in the write up. First we were at meeting point on time, driver said that the bus was for the catamaran trip but was actually for all trips and we were sat waiting for 30 mins until he came to us!! The sand boarding disappointingly down a 10/20 metre slope. the whole trip you we were haggled by locals to buy their goods. The ceramics place a little hut and the village again people coming to try and sell goods. Beach miss sold as unable to swim.

Started with 15min drive with zero communication from guide, no idea where we where going, then headed to the edge of the dune - was expecting to see them up close? Then started the sales - buy the rum, buy the ceramics (was expecting to see them being made but no one was there!), then souvenir shop. Lastly the beach where we were left alone - barely any history and what was said was incorrect- facted checked as another tour had said different. Boring, boring, boring.

Sehr schön war der Besuch am Santa Monica Strand. Ärgerlich war, dass unser ursprünglicher Buchungstermin ohne Angabe von Gründen geändert wurde . Deshalb fand der Ausflug an einem Feiertag ( 50 Jahre Unabhängigkeit) statt und einige der versprochenen Sehenswürdigkeiten konnten nicht besichtigt werden, da sie geschlossen waren. Das hatte man doch sicher vorher gewusst!

Great 1/2 day tour we wanted to see a bit of the island and this tour was very informative. Guide was super friendly & knowledgeable. Would have been nice to stop at St, Monica beach bit longer cos it was gorgeous. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants a taster of life on Boa Vista without being out all day. We will only book trips with Tui for peace of mind on quality.

The tour guide was really funny and interesting. We loved learning about the history of the island. The sand boarding, pottery and beach were so fun. We didn’t feel safe in the second town we went to after Rabil as the locals were very pestering us to go into the shops

I really recommend this experience, I particularly enjoyed the sandboarding followed by the catchupa and hibiscus iced tea tasting, but the whole experience is worth it. Go and visit Santa Monica beach until it’s mostly uncontaminated as soon Hilton will build resort and bay and it will certainly loose a bit of authenticity.

Die Tour an sich war gut und informativ. In der Wüste gab es nach dem Sandboarding eine kleine Stärkung. Nervig waren nur die aufdringlichen Verkäufer die einen teilweise Armbänder einfach um den Arm machten ohne Erlaubnis. Am schönsten war der Santa Monica Beach. Der Guide konnte auch sehr gut deutsch sprechen. Würde es weiterempfehlen.??

War alles gut organisiert. Die TUI Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und helfen , wo es nur geht. Bei diesem Ausflug haben wir die deutschssprachige Tour gebucht , jedoch haben wir die englische Tour bekommen. Wir konnten jedoch bei jedem Stopp zum Briefing zur deutschsprachigen TUI Reiseleitung dazukommen. Das war für uns eine tolle Lösung.

Not value for money. Not impressed really. People were friendly enough. Some of the history of the island was not quite accurate. There should be an option if you didn't want to stay on the beach for an hour to go back to hotel. Just glad didn't go on the full island trip. We were considering the whale trip. Tui rep said whales were seen all week- but speaking to trippers who been on the trip said no whales had been seen all week. So was not appreciated being lied to!

The trip itself is very good our guide went out of his way to make it enjoyable and share his passion for the island - the sand boarding was fun but very quick and you only had 1 turn then you have a drink and tasting just be aware that you get charged for the alcohol tasting (something we did know so the advice is if you don't want alcohol say no ??) the pottery and old town were OK but due to the length of time here meant you had less time at the amazing santa monica beach (45 mins)

Seated on small hard bench with another at back of 4x4. Cramped, no headroom, little view, and extremely uncomfortable. Access in/out very difficult for 72 and 76 year olds. This alone spoilt the trip. Time at sandboarding would have been better spent at the lovely beach at the end or the pretty village. TUI allowed too much hassling from local traders.

We really enjoyed the sand boarding and Santa Monica beach was stunning. Unlike at the hotel we were able to swim in the sea, which was a huge bonus. We enjoyed the welcome hibiscus tea and the breakfast in the desert. The visit to the ceramics factory was interesting and we bought some locally produced presents for family at home. Our guide was excellent and really enhanced our overall experience. I would definitely recommend this trip.

We enjoyed the whole experience. Whilst you have to realise that it is a whistle stop trip, it was a good introduction to the southern side of Cape Verde. The sand boarding was fun and the sights of the villages and surrounding areas were also good. The downside were all the street vendors, but TUI has no control over them, you just have to be firm, yet polite. But on the whole, a good quick introduction to Island life.

Van het ene winkeltje naar het andere. Daar is geen 4x4 voor nodig. Je gaat 10 meter de woestijn in en over het strand rijdt ie ook niet. Met 8 passagiers ook geen goed idee. Het was aardig, maar mijn verwachtingen waren hoger.

Wir wurden nach dem Frühstück abgeholt, waren sandboarden und direkt im Anschluss essen. Da wir kurz vorher gefrühstückt hatten, waren wir allerdings noch satt und konnten das Essen nicht genießen. Die stops waren sehr kurz und am Santa Monica Beach zu weit vom Hauptstrand an einer Bar. Insgesamt hatten wir das Gefühl immer an Plätzen herausgelassen zu werden, wo man etwas kaufen sollte. Die Verkäufer waren zudem sehr aufdringlich.

The first 40 - 45 mins of our tour was spent collecting other participants from their hotels x 2.Wilson, our tour guide was pleasant. 3rd stop was at the edge of the desert, brief sand boarding then into a local bar for a glass of tea and a small local breakfast, both of which were very nice. The worst part - trip to the oldest village - as soon as the 4x4 stopped - local touts pounced - attempting to sell their tat. Felt less than safe at this point. Sanddünen und Essen waren o.k. Den Besuch der angeblich noch intakten Töpferei (glaube ich nicht) und des ältesten Dorfes kann man sich schenken. Santa Monica Beach ist wunderschön. Hier könnte man für eine schlichte Umkleidemöglichkeit sorgen.

Die Sitzplätze im Jeep ganz hinten sind sehr unbequem, vor allem bei Offroadstrassen starke Schläge in den Rücken. Die Sicherheitsgurte waren nicht zu gebrauchen. Alle Fahrzeuge müssten mit normalen Sitzbänken, auf welchen man in Fahrtrichtung sitzt ausgestattet sein. Älteren Personen sind diese Sitze nicht zumutbar. Wir waren froh, dass die Tour kurz war und nicht den ganzen Tag ging....

Sandboarding ganz lustig mit anschließendem Snack. Die nächsten Stationen waren auch ok aber der Aufenthalt jeweils sehr kurz, da wir mit drei Fahrzeugen à 8 Personen unterwegs waren. Letzte Station am Monica Beach war happig, da kein schattiges Plätzchen zu finden war, obwohl uns beim Buchen der Tour zugesagt wurde, dass hier eine Beach bar vorhanden ist. Einige sind in den Autos sitzen geblieben, da um die Mittagszeit einfach zu heiß. Insgesamt ok und Becky als Guide einfach top!

Jeeps viel zu voll mit 8 Pesonen, bequemes sitzen völlig unmöglich. Auch der Abschnitt am Santa Monica Beach war der hässlichste Abschnitt, den es gibt. Totale Massenabfertigung. Tourguide Becky und der sehr hilfbsereite Fahrer machten den Tag erträglich. Wir können diese Tour mit TUI leider überhaupt nicht empfehlen und würden beim nächsten Mal wieder einen örtlichen Anbieter wie Baobabtours wählen, da stimmt dann alles.

Wilson was a fantastic guide- very knowledgable and fun. His English was exemplary and we had no trouble understanding him. All the staff- drivers and guides made us feel safe when we went to the local villages. We loved every aspect of the experience. To improve, maybe to take customers to more of the small villages. Out only gripe was we were told there would be 7 of us in an air conditioned vehicle. There were 9 people crammed in with no air con, as you can imagine it wasn’t very comfortable space wise and it was too hot in the vehicle. A taster trip to the island. Sandboarding in Vianna desert! 4x4 across the dunes was advertised but it's not really. It's a 4x4 into the desert... which is fine. A visit to some local villages and a pottery mainly to buy a small souvenir to support the village. A visit to a local chapel and a stop off at Santa Monica beach at the end. It was only a quick stop off but well needed after a hot trip. Stunning beach and good to get in the water, enjoy a beer before heading back.

It was a really fun experience being able to try local food and see the local villages. We did get annoyed at the locals who each try to get you into their shops and you have to be persistent to get them to leave you alone. It all felt a bit too rushed , Paulo was absolutely fantastic as a guide ; the beach is absolutely breathtaking, the tasting is so humble and yet so full of authenticity and flavour , kudos to that, absolutely mesmerised by the fact that others didn't like it but there's a certain stereotype for that case ,I mean healty and tasty it's mostly definitely not for everyone, probably beans on toast sounds more appealing for certain individuals. Erg leuke mix van het eiland. Eerst richting woestijn gegaan voor 1 afdaling sandboarding, daarna een plaatselijk gerechtje geproefd. Daarna verder het eiland ontdekt door een kerk te bezoeken en een pottebakkerij en daarna door richting het strand en zee. Een heerlijke afsluiting aan het einde van de ochtend als de temperatuur al lekker om hoog gaat. Zeker een aanrader, ook met kinderen.

Wir wurden verpätet abgeholt und mussten mit einem Bus voller Engländer (gebucht deutsch sprachige Tour) zu den anderen Hotels fahren. Erst dort sind wir in die 4x4 umgestiegen und wurden auf deutsch begrüßt. Die Töpferei und die Souvenirsläden wären richtig toll. Die Leute waren sehr freundlich. Zeitmanagement ausgezeichnet. War nicht zu lange, aber auch nicht zu stressig. Unserer Ansicht nach ist der Strand nicht einer der 10 schönsten, aber das ist Ansichtssache

Very educational excursion around parts of Boa Vista courtesy of our guide Paulo. There is nothing this lovely guy doesn’t know about his own island and the rest of the world. We visited a couple of towns and experienced a view of how the locals live which is an eye opener. Our last stop was a swim at Santa Monica beach. Absolutely stunning and we didn’t want to leave. Jeep leek net een blik sardientjes , we zaten dubbel gevouwen. Lang in de jeep zitten , bezichtigingen waren kort en weinig. Wij hadden meer verwacht te zien . Great trip, more time at the beach at the end would have been nice, we had 25 mins, felt a bit rushed, perhaps spend less time at the first stop and cafe. There were photographers taking pictures during the trip of the group. However it was revealed that in fact, individual pictures had been taken of everyone and these were then for sale to us at 20 euros. I bought them but have since discovered some of them are not of me! Data Protection - perhaps ask first or declare when selling trip.

We booked this on a whim as there wasn’t a lot to do on the island and so glad we did. This little trip was full of surprises, at no point does it say about going sand boarding which was so much fun. the pottery was so quaint, with zero pushing you were free to look around and the “paparazzi” took some amazing shots. But the best part of the trip has to be Wilson, he was knowledgeable and funny and made us have a great time. The only thing to change would be longer at the beach at the end

Good tour with great activities. Tour guide could have been more informative about places visited - said nothing en route about the island or areas passed through and comments at stops brief and cursory. Made no real attempt to engage with any of the group which, at a ratio of 1:6, was surprising.

This is a really great half a day tour. It was really nice to get out of the hotel to see the island. The driver of the jeep, Louis, was very friendly and pointed out and spoke about things we passed by on the journey and the guide, Carlos was also very knowledgeable about the island.

We spent too much time at small towns dragged into shops by very pushy guys. The beach was amazing and I was told there would be plenty of time for swimming, unfortunately we only had 30 mins at the beach which wasn't long enough. I felt some places we were taken to be hassled by the locals.

This is a great fun morning trip, Paulo the guide is good fun and very informative, the sand boarding even for an old guy like me was good fun, the beach at the end of the tour is amazing. One thing, it’s a very bumpy & uncomfortable journey in the Land Rover - if you have a bad back - sit in the front!

Visited various destinations, even one that we did not expect. Enjoyed the pottery and bought some gifts to take back. Santa Monica beach was great. Sand boarding was a good experience. The photographer that accompanied the group was an added bonus and we got shots that we would not normally have as a couple. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Lovely morning exploring parts of the island. There is very little to do on Boa Vista so excursions are perfect, Vehicles cramped, seat belts missing, guide not very informative as to geology and history of Boa Vista and Cape Verde in general. Only really talked about the Portuguese occupancy. Don’t think I would have enjoyed the full day tour.

There were three 4x4’s travelling together. Two were newer and we were in the older style. In the back it was bench seating and the seats were high therefore you couldn’t see out the side or back windows. Whole trip my neck was strained looking out through the windscreen so although we loved the trip, the guide and driver were excellent and we very much enjoyed it the vehicle totally let the experience down.

Perhaps more than 1 go at the sandboarding would be good. Paulo the guide was excellent. The Santa Monica beach was also lovely. Possibly could have a little longer at the small town, as there was not really time to look at & support the locals at the tourist 'shops'. If you didn't want to buy souvenirs then it was plenty of time.

Went mainly to see Santa Monica Beach but we only had 30 mins there which was not enough time to swim and explore. The group was far too big for some of the places visited like the pottery. There was absolutely no need to stop for breakfast which took another 30/40 minutes which would have been better spent at the beach.

We really enjoyed the trip but when we got to the desert we were harassed by locals. Spe t mo ey o stuff I didn't want which was overpriced. Also there were a number of photographers taking photos.again you feel pressured to purchase them. 3 ti.es we had to put our card in the guy told us as it hadn't gone through. No receipts were given to us and photos received via email so not happy.. can you explain why this is allowed to happen.

I disliked the plane journey- 5 hours without the offer of water is poor consideration for the well-being of your customers. Worse still, on both journeys the limited advertised food was not available. Spent most of the day without a proper sustenance. Lack of entertainment also made the journey difficult. Children became restive and other passengers tetchy Clients should be told this information beforehand. Had I known, I could have eaten before departure and downloaded entertainment

Guide and drivers were absolutely fantastic, really informative about the island the culture and the way of life on the island. The staff were very welcoming with a great sense of humour. Got to see some beautiful parts of the island only issue is the hard sell souvenir sellers at ever stop but I think this is just part of the island which survives mainly through tourism. Huge thanks to the tour guide he is absolutely brilliant.

There were so many good parts of this experience! It was fantastic value for money and a lot is jam packed into 4-5 hours! Our favourite parts were visiting the Pottery shop where they played lovely music outside, going sand boarding in the sand dunes, and visiting one of Boa Vista's most beautiful beaches. Even if you are looking to only stay at the resort for your holiday duration, I would massively encourage you to go on this excursion for half a day (ours was in the morning - early afternoon), so you can see what makes up Boa Vista's history.

The best bit of the experience was the visit to the desert and the opportunity to sand dune. I wish we could have spent longer there with more opportunities for this. The beach was also absolutely stunning. I personally didn't find the pottery visit that engaging but the remainder of the trip more than made up for it.

Enjoyed visiting St Monica beach. Would have liked more than 20 minutes on beach to relax and enjoy some more time there. Roads are not great to the beach which should be made clear when booking. Space/seating limited in the 4x4 vehicle. Enjoyed the sandboarding in the desert and visit to bar. Ceramics shop was interesting but again felt too much time was spent here. Guide and information given during the tour was excellent and would definitely recommend the trip to others.

This is a great little tour. There isn't a lot to see on Boa Vista, but it provided a good insight into the island and was a lot of fun. The guide (Paulo) was great, until it came to leaving a tip. There were 8 customers on the trip, none of whom left a tip, which isn't in most people's culture, including my own (I'm English), so this is no big deal. However, I did decide to leave a small token of appreciation (just €10 but when the trip cost me and my partner £68, I feel we had spent enough). But I wish I hadn't: despite being great for the whole tour, the guide snatched the tip from my hand, didn't say thank you, smile or anything, got in the car and drove off. It really left a bad taste in our mouths after a lovely morning.

Our guide Paulo was fantastic, he made it for us. He was very informative and could answer any questions we had and he also made it extremely fun too with his great sense of humour. He was fab with our youngest son too (7 years old) We loved the sand boarding. We didn’t like as much the pushy sellers in the shops in one of the local villages but that’s not Tui’s fault I guess.

The guide was very knowledgeable and the trip was set out so you had enough time in each place. Probably the one concern was the sellers in the smallest village, they were quite pushy and this may cause some people to feel unsafe. The sand boarding was great, the traditional meal was 'different '. Santa Monica Beach is beautiful, the guide made sure that everyone was safe in the water. Overall a great half day off the sun lounger.
