Es war nicht klar, dass wir keine Tickets, sondern nur voucher für Tickets bekommen, die wir in einem seltsamen Store holen mussten. Die Museen waren extrem überfüllt. Man wurde nur durchgeschleust, konnte sich kaum etwas ansehen. Es gibt tatsächlich Menschen, die Exponate betrachten wollen. Das Personal an der Warteschlange und im Vatikan war super unfreundlich. Zum Glück war Rom ansonsten toll. bei anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten hat man die Menschenmassen auch deutlich besser im Griff und freundli

Accoglienza cordiale e gentile. Servizio perfetto. E' l'ideale per chi vuole evitare di fare interminabili code sotto il sole per entrare ai Musei Vaticani. L'Ufficio è anche facile da trovare! Compreso nel "salta la fila" anche un giro sull'autobus turistico e un filmato multimediale.

The skip the line was great . We had no waiting around and went straight through to the security area. The experience was good although we found it difficult to find the right place to get our reserved tickets before going in to the Vatican City. We had to ask a lot of tourists information centres where to go to collect our tickets. I don’t think the details of the meeting point is clear enough. Once we got our tickets it was overall a great experience.

Het is fijn om niet in een 150 meter lange rij te staan en dan nog eens heel veel te gaan lopen. Echter denk ik wel dat het het prettigst is om vroeg te gaan. En het helpt als je houdt van historie en kunst.

Il salta fila ottimo, solo un consiglio a non lasciare nulla di biglietti, carte prenotazioni hotel e cose che non vi servono più nei bidoni carta ne all'ufficio turistico ne a Roma. Ci sono truffatori che risalgono a voi e poi cercano di svuotare il conto

Our visit to the Vatican Museums and Sistine chapel certainly was a day out to remember as well as a spiritual experience. And seeing the Micheal Angelo paintings for me was thrilling. And the art in the galleries was thought provoking and had me on highs and lows. A very worthwhile day out.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war super.Es hat alles perfekt funktioniert. Was einfach ein bisschen umständlich ist, dass man sein Online Voucher erst in ein Ticket Umtauschen muss vor Ort.Das klappt zwar alles hervorragend und ist gut beschrieben und erklärt wo und wann.Aber im Smartphone Zeitalter könnte das auch super über einen QR -Code funktionieren

It wasn’t worth us paying for skip the line as our electronic tickets were not accepted when we presented them and we were directed to a tourist office to get them printed. The new tickets were a different format as the tourist office were simply not allowed to print them. A favour by providing new tickets for us free of charge but they were not skip the line. It would be helpful to know which tours need paper tickets and which can use electronic.

Sonoamericano a Roma da 36anni; la Musement mi aiuta molto quando ho ospiti (nel 1989 era tutto più facile!). Ieri avrei voluto nondover aspettare le10 quando avevo prenotato per le9.30. Ci tengo a dire che ogni persona della musement (Jessica etc) è stata MOLTO gentile anche sott'enorme pressione.

Het was er ontzettend druk, eerst moest de voucher nog worden omgeruild voor een ticket. Vervolgens wilde de mevrouw van het toeristenbureau nog 10 euro extra per persoon voor de gids! De Sixtijnse kapel was gesloten door het conclaaf voor een nieuwe paus. Erg duur ticket voor hetgeen we gezien hebben. Geen reductie op de prijs van het ticket, dat was niet mogelijk.

Één woord: GEWELDIG!! Wat een fantastische ervaring, waar je echter wel van bewust moet zijn is dat het overweldigend veel is. Dus door het museum moet je gewoon lopen en de highlights eruit pakken die je wil zien. Het is verstandig om van tevoren uit te zoeken waar deze staan.

Good overall, plenty of time in the Sistine Chapel. Could have done without the long diversion around the museum galleries to get to the chapel. But some good panoramic views of the city en route, so hey ho!

Gebucht wurde ein Besuch ohne anstehen. Einfach nur lächerlich, ewig anstehen, man muss durch Abteilungen laufen die einem nicht interessieren und wenn man endlich in der Kapelle ist wird man durchgeschoben!

The process of exchanging the voucher for the ticket was good. Tourist Information staff very helpful. However, Vatican Museums were uncomfortably crowded and we felt we were rushed through the Sistine Chapel at the end. It was very pleasant to sit in the garden to eat lunch before leaving though.

Positief: ik was eerder gegaan om te kijken waar ik moest zijn en zonder enige moeite werd de aanvangstijd aangepast. Verder ik kon zo doorlopen, zonder rij Negatief: ik verwachtte een gids maar die moest je apart bijbetalen. Ik ben toen zelf de musea gaan bekijken en kon zo alles op mijn manier doen, zoals bijvoorbeeld de plaspauzes.

Great value for money however far too many people at anyone time, a lot of large groups which took up space and couldn’t get past them to move onto the next section. If you just wanted to see the Sistine Chapel you have to follow the whole route through the Vatican museums there is no quicker route (or if there is we didn’t find it)

Es war sicherlich sinnvoll, die Karten vorher zu bestellen, um ein Anstehen von mehreren Stunden vor der Kasse zu vermeiden, allerdings erschließt sich mir nicht, warum man für die Aushändigung der Karten und den Hinweis, an welchem Gate man sich anstellen muss, einen Aufschlag von 100 Prozent auf den regulären Ticketpreis nehmen muss.

Leider haben wir vorab den besuch im Petersdom gebucht für um 13:30 Uhr. Da dieser total überfüllt gewesen ist, wir 2 1/2 Std. angestanden haben um überhaupt erstmal in den DOM rein zu kommen, konnten wir die Sixtinische Kapelle nicht mehr besuchen.

A great experience to skip the queue to get into the Vatican. We were glad we went to the office and collected our tickets as this wasn’t obvious on the document that was sent via email. That was the only confusing part, everything else was very easy.

Um 10:00 Uhr gebucht, Um 10:20 Uhr Gruppe gesammelt, um 10:30 Uhr in der Gruppe über die Straße geführt (max. 100 m), gewartet und um 11:00 Uhr wurden wir dann eingelassen. Das Ticket hat sich nicht gelohnt (die Museen natürlich schon).

De wachtrij (zonder "fastpass") was erg lang, waardoor we toch een paar uren verloren zouden zijn mochten we deze pass niet gekocht hebben. Online voucher moet wel nog ingewisseld worden voor een papieren, dit was niet helemaal duidelijk op voorhand, maar het toeristenbureau waar dit moest, ligt gelukkig vlak aan de Vaticaanse musea zelf.

Goed geregeld, wij waren eerder bij het ontmoetingscentrum en konden gelijk met een eerdere groep mee naar binnen. Wij waren eind januari in Rome en het was vonden wij eigenlijk op dat moment niet nodig een skip the line, maar wel reuze handig.

Had planned this trip for years and was amazed how big it was and the amount of detail everywhere you look. Well worth the visit. I need to use a mobility scooter and finding the lifts was difficult n you have to get use to asking for help but it was well worth it.
