Wat te onthouden

Eerst moet je de simkaart met 20 GB surfgegevens reserveren. Daarna kun je de extra 10 GB bijboeken als dat nodig is.

Selecteer de datum vanaf je aankomst als boekingsdatum

Neem contact op met de lokale operator met de aankomstgegevens vanaf je vlucht of de naam vanaf je hotel via de contactgegevens op je voucher om de levering te bevestigen. Een vertegenwoordiger vanaf de lokale operator zal je de simkaart overhandigen bij aankomst op de luchthaven vanaf Sharm El Sheikh of in de lobby vanaf je hotel.

Bij aankomst, nadat je paspoort is gestempeld, moet je foto's vanaf je paspoort naar de lokale operator sturen via instant messenger of e-mail om het activeringsproces te starten.

De SIM-kaart is één maand geldig vanaf de activeringsdatum.

Zorg ervoor dat je je mobiele telefoon ontgrendelt voor aankomst, omdat deze mogelijk is gekoppeld aan één operator

It took over 12 hours to get the SIM activated even though I sent the information requested via email and WhatsApp

La SIM funziona alla grande. Ottima l'assistenza ricevuta tramite whatsapp per l'attivazione. C'è stato un contrattempo sulla consegna, mi è stata portata in albergo in pò più tardi di quanto pattuito, ma l'operatote si è scusato durante le ore di ritardo tenedomi frequentente aggiornato.

Tutto perfetto, appena acceso il wifi dell albergo sono arrivate le istruzioni per come attivare la sim Consiglio prima della partenza di assicurarvi dove farvi recapitare la sim, nel mio caso alla reception che me l ha consegnata al ceck in. Unica pecca non ho capito come verificare i gb residui

Tutto perfetto. Arrivati all'hotel abbiamo trovato le nostre SIM ed un'assistenza per l'attivazione ottima. Complimenti.

At first the sim did not connect to the Orange network. Had to wait to see the Travco rep the next day to sort it out. Which he did but unsure how he did it. The coverage and reception wasn’t brilliant. I used the hotels WiFi more as the connection was better.

Good to get delivered to you at airport and the person sent the passport photo for me to get activated. I am not great with tech so was a bit confused what code I had to put on to get activated, but sent a message and they confirmed for me what I needed to do so all good.

La SIM ci è stata recapitata direttamente alla reception dell'hotel il giorno dell'arrivo e non abbiamo avuto nessuna difficoltà nell'utilizzarla durante la nostra vacanza. Ottimo servizio

Agent delivered the sim to the hotel. Easy to set up and have had no problems since using. Would highly recommend.

Thanks for the SIM card came in really useful when out and about I could tether my own phone to another which had the sim giving me access to comms on both phones.

I had to speak Arabic to activate the SIM card and understand any of the spam Sms’. Also the sim card was not activated according to the instructions given on websites nor mail. I had to talk to one of the representatives coming to the hotel.
