Guide knowledgeable, timing wasn’t great came back later than stated missed dinner had to pay for our meal in town and taxi back to hotel. Overall it was ok, would have liked some souvenir shopping time. Trips on gondolas, meals and lagoon trips sold on coach not discussed prior and cash payments.

Bus ponctuel (a 20 mns près) et confortable. Guide agréable mais….pour des français (et nous étions quelques uns)….des commentaires en allemand ce n’est pas génial . Sinon pas grand chose à redire

Great day out a option to do gondola as a group, have a meal and a cruise around the island at a cost, which doesn’t give you much time to look around this amazing city or do your own thing which we did and loved it.

There was a complete mix-up with communication before the trip. We were told that we needed to be in Torbole for a certain time, which meant us missing breakfast and walking 30 minutes into town. The coach was then late (no-one's fault) but then picked up from DIRECTLY OPPOSITE OUR HOTEL! So we got our kids up early and missed breakfast for no reason. The trip itself was very good and we had a great time.

Der Guide Thomas hat uns durch den Tag geführt. Tolles Wissen, spritzige Art, kein bißchen langweilig. Wir haben viel gelernt, viel gesehen, viel erlebt. Die Tips waren perfekt. Eine perfekte Mischung aus geführter und selbständiger Tour.

Preis zu hoch, Venedig ist eine alte dreckige und überteuerte Stadt, die Gonelfahrt für 30€ extra war das Geld nicht wert, die Lagunenfahrt dagen für 25€ war okay. Venedig kann man gesehen haben, muss man aber nicht, gibt schönere Städte um die nicht so ein Hype gemacht wird

friendly guide, efficient but didn't give us much info about Venice which is the day trip we booked . would have liked some info during our journey to this lovely city e.g., history of Venice . What to see , I fo about day to day life in Venice .. we've done this trip before with another company which was much better

We understand it can’t always be helped but we did a trip to the Dolomites with Tui, which was in a small bus/coach the Rep Thomas was outstanding, in his knowledge, was a very likeable person. It was just English people on the trip which unlike the trip to Venice which was a mixed group of nationalities, so obviously all information given had to be given in several languages, which after a while becomes very tedious.

The trip was well organised. The guide Thomas was entertaining and informative. Our Gondola trip was marvellous. Instructions given re meeting times were clear and easy to understand.
