Coach pick up from hotel was almost half an hour late annoying especially as wasn't necessary to go so early anyway in my opinion. Show and our guide all enjoyable. Overall a lovely evening .

No complaints about the sunset dinner and live music, however TUI could do with improving their time keeping, as we were told we would be picked up at 5.15 and it was 5.45 when the bus arrived. So to me everyone paid 30mins for just sitting around, how can that be fair. We did this activity last year and clearly, the time keeping hasn't improve.

Our guide/transport was 25 minutes late picking us up. When we arrived we were given a disgusting sweet cocktail. We wanted to take photos of the sunset but were hounded by photographers. Had to be very firm and say no more so he left us alone. Food was terrible. Told in advance coeliac and vegetarian. Not catered for. Entertainment wasn't that great. People smoking near us. Waste of money. Both of us ill next morning

We enjoyed what little of the sunset was left as our driver was 20minuites late picking us up from the hotel. The African dancing and fire dancing was very entertaining Live music however he only played one full song then just decided to start packing up.

The food wasn't great. It was not for vegetarians chips rice and pasta with mixed veg for everyone. The dancing was very good lots of energy. The fire man was also great and entertaining. Beach bonfire was a few sticks in the fire pit. Didn't see the sun set due to photos being taken and the told food was ready.

When we got there’ we were told to stand in a line had no idea there would be so many people,we had to stand there for 10 minutes while they tried to get organised. When it was time for starters there was nothing left when we got there because we had be dragged off to have photos taken . There was plenty of main dinner but not wort ££114 for two. I would not advice this excursion to anyone

The food was good. The venue was lovely, and the staff were very polite and friendly. We were dropped off and left to it so that side was a little chaotic. We were not given much time to take the beautiful sunset photos the night was sold on. The entertainment was bang average, and took a long time to do very little.

It wasn't very well organised and a lot of hanging about . Also my husband was told a dish didn't have fish which clearly was as I had eaten some, it had been mixed up with the chicken, which is a major issue for us as my husband has a serious allergy to all fish and seafood . Also what happened to the the sunset it had gone down before we even gone in ,was supposed to be a sunset dinner.

No tour guide at venue. Food was mostly infested with flies. Food cooked on hot plate not desirable. Request well done steak. After 2 attempts at cooking steak gave up as not acceptable. Dancers were not as expected and drummers went in far too long. Didn't appreciate tip bowl been put out and made to feel uncomfortable for not tipping straight away. Far too much time spent on their phones. Experience not sold as advertised. Dancing atrocious expected better costumes

We were informed it was a reggae night.. I love my reggae, but no reggae? Food was awful, I chose steak and it was very red, asked to have it done more and sharp no was given. For 2 people it was €130 for what? The only good thing was sunset and the African show. I would like at least half of our charge refunded. False info, very very disappointed. Worst trip I have ever been on. Will not be booking any further trips as now put me off. We are planning to go Jamaica in December, will consider tui

Unfortunately got on bus my party of 4 were separated , as no seats together. Our tui rep arranged for one of my party to have a seat reserved in front due to mobility problems. This was not explained to us and told to get on bus and noticed a mini bus arrive to take other guests. Unfortunately there was no sunset and welcome drink was very small. Dinner was good and so was Afican show. Staff very helpful and made sure everything was ok. Then left before other music started.

The experience was a really good experience Not so impressed with toilet facilities. No hand wash and nothing to wipe your hands on, apart from A dirty old rag. (DIDNT USE!) Men's room the toilet flush was only partly flushable. Cocktails were taken away before we finished them, as were outside having photos taken. Got back to table and they were gone. Water wasn't served at the tables. The evening was very enjoyable, the African show amazing The fire man was spectacular All in all a good time

What does the safety & security question relate to? It was a common-sense trip, with no mention of the off-road detour. The welcome and service were very good. Being a vegetarian, the food choices and taste were much better than at the RUI hotel. Soft cushions should be offered to disabled people when sitting on a bench to watch the African dance. Quite a few disabled people were struggling to walk in the sand in the restaurant, plus it was a bit steep to go to the bar. Too many flies.

Le matin, vu les conditions météorologiques, je me suis rapprochée d’un agent homme présent à l’hôtel pour demander si cette activité est toujours maintenue ! réponse affirmative de sa part ! Le soir, je me suis présentée devant l’hôtel 10 min avant l’heure indiquée ! attente de plus d’une heure ! sans voir personne ! pas dutout prévenue de son annulation !!

It was our wedding anniversary during our holiday and I wanted to do something special and this didn’t let us down we had a special bottle of bubbly and our table was dressed up for the occasion the staff were brilliant they took us aside for a lovely selection of romantic photos which we purchased all that were took for around 30 euros they had a great selection of starters then there were some authentic African dancers drummers and a fire eater the food was great venue was fantastic

Più sicurezza nel trasporto tramite bus. Le strade sono buie e i bus vanno troppo veloci, considerando che gli asini attraversano la strada in ogni momento. A noi è capitato che l' autista frenasse di colpo proprio x l' attraversamento della strada di un asino.

Staff worked very hard to make it an enjoyable evening, enthusiastically getting people involved and checking things were okay. Disappointed with the non-existence of a vegetarian main dish other than the side dishes that everyone could help themselves to. Enjoyed the evening but think it was overpriced. Drinks should have been free, they would have been free in the hotel, which we had already paid for.

The experience was ten out of ten, unfortunately the night we went it was cloudy so we didn’t get to see much of a sunset but the enthusiasm of the staff was so catching and they were very efficient. The food was good and well cooked and the staff cooked it just how you wanted it. The show was amazing and really made the night extra special, I would have paid for the show alone without the food it was that good!

Our TUI rep recommended this trip has his no1. We couldn’t wait to watch the sunset whilst enjoying the Reggie music. The welcome drink was how ever, further I had to ask the waiter to smile. We was then led to the table it was infested with flys Moved in side however the whole experience was over priced and not value for money definitely wouldn’t go again

Lovely staff and great venue. The bar put our table next to a family which also wasn't great. Romantic meal next to exicitable children. NOT great for a honeymoon. Straight after the starter a photographer led us to do a good 10+ poses in various locations and then led us to the paystation which felt like we were part of a assembly line but the photos were mostly lovely. The show was great but not what was expected. Still waiting for photos we paid for by email!

Super leuke plek; lekker ontspannend en gezellig. Goed geregeld allemaal. Lekker eten, leuke show en goede live muziek. Jammer dat ik geen cash mee had want er was een leuk winkeltje met oa handgemaakte spulletjes. Omdat ik jarig was hebben ze de tafel versierd en voor me gezongen! Het duurde wel even voordat we er waren, ook omdat we nog een paar mensen bij andere Riu moesten ophalen. Maar was prima verder

Music and entertainment enjoyable. Food ok and plentiful. Location rustic and nice beachside setting Coach transfer comfortable and punctual. Drinks served in glass jam jars one which cracked and fell apart in our granddaughters lap spilling drink and glass on her.

Helaas was er geen zonsondergang te zien, maar kan niemand iets aan veranderen uiteraard! Het eten was lekker en de setting was heel leuk! Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam!

The experience was amazing, the staff were very friendly and put on a great show. The food was a buffet service but the main you had a choice of fish, chicken or steak. We chose steak and it was the best steak we have had in a while, the chef cooked it to perfection .The only downside was on the way back from the venue to the hotel, the van we were collected in was not very safe, the door kept flying open as the driver was turning corners. However the experience it self was amazing.

The venue, view and staff we're amazing. There was alot of waiting around. We got there at 5.45pm and had our starters at 6pm. We waited 1hr and 30 mins for the the show to begin, which was brilliant. We then had mains, which was ok, but both the chicken and steak were cooked together and weirdly tasted the same, desert was nice too. We then listened to live music for 1hr before our transport arrived. Overall an unforgettable experience based on the location, staff and show. Thank you ??
