Embark on an exciting journey from Piano Provenzana, nestled at a lofty 1,800 metres on the northern flank of Mount Etna. Traverse the rugged terrain in special 4x4 off-road vehicles, expertly guided by professional Alpine guides authorised by the Etna Park Authority. Your first stop is the “Umberto and Margherita” craters, perched at approximately 2,380 metres. Excellent
Het was een erg leuke tocht en erg bijzonder om te zien. De gids legde het duidelijk uit. Doordat hij het in 2 talen uitlegde, was het soms lastig te volgen. Helaas vertrokken wij een uur later dan gepland, hierover had een betere communicatie kunnen plaatsvinden. Voor mensen met wagenziekte zou ik de reis niet aanbevelen. Wij vonden het een erg geslaagde excursie en zouden deze zeker aanraden!
