Per motivi di sicurezza, l'accesso alle torri non è consentito ai bambini di età inferiore ai 6 anni e alle persone con mobilità ridotta.
Sapere in anticipo:
A seconda del giorno, si accederà alla torre della Passione o alla torre della Natività. La sede decide spontaneamente quale torre sarà aperta, non a discrezione dell'operatore locale.
L'accesso alla torre è soggetto a disponibilità: in caso di maltempo (vento, pioggia) o in caso di grandi eventi in città, le torri vengono chiuse per motivi di sicurezza. L'operatore locale ne viene a conoscenza solo un paio di giorni prima.

I bambini di età inferiore ai 16 anni devono essere sempre accompagnati da un adulto

De Sagrada Familia is prachtig! We hadden een rondleiding door een Spaans/Engels sprekende vrouw. Zij vertelde ontzettend veel en leuk over hoe het gebouwd is. Het uitzicht op de toren viel iets tegen, had zelf gedacht hoger te komen. Maar als nog prachtig uitzicht! Goed om te weten je gaat met een lift omhoog en je moet zelf alle trappen weer naar beneden lopen.

Enthousiaste gids, prachtige locatie, goede rondleiding, erg interessant en informatief veel details besproken. Ontmoetingsplek in Souvenisshop bleek in naastgelegen pand en duurde erg lang. Bezoek Torens konden niet doorgaan ivm weersomstandigheden: te harde wind. Geluid headset niet altijd verstaanbaar, krakerig/wind.

Fue complicado encontrar el punto de encuentro. Falto alguna clara identificación ya que hay muchos grupos en la zona, y este se reunía dentro de un negocio.
La visita en si, fue buena, organizada y con mucho dato de interés.

We had a wonderful guide who spoke English. It was a bit confusing because she would go from English to Italian and then back again. Maybe it was the type of tour we signed up for . Be sure and sign up for just the language that you speak. She was really informative and answered any questions we had

Molto bella la Sagrada familia .La guida un po di meno perche ad un certo punto ci ha abbandonato ( avendo anche i biglietti per le torre ) .Non aveva calcolato bene il tempo e ci ha lasciato in fila ma senza che finisse il tour completo fuori dall’altra parte , dove li altri lo hanno fatto.

Hi the tour did not provided the full service. We could not go up to the tower. And no one explain how to get a credit for the portion of the tour not provided. They just mentioned we should receive a credit. Do you happen to know how to claim the credit?

Our guide’s name was Jordi. He was professional, pleasant and so knowledgeable about the material he presented to us. Our tour had been announced and sold to us as an English tour. The fact that it was bilingual made for a less fluid type of experience. We really liked our guide and the church

The Sagrada Família was overall a wonderful experience. The problem: I could not understand the guide’s accent. With her headset picking up external noise and her heavy accent, I could not understand her. I simply nodded when she pointed to something. I feel I missed out on so much.

The tour of Sagrada Familia was excellent. The tour started promptly. Our guide was attentive, knowledgeable and dedicated to giving us a quality experience. This was the only way to visit and properly see Sagrada Familia.

Really only purchased this as it it was the only available tower access tickets I could find last minute for an early session.
The views from the tower though weren't all that. It'd probably be different once construction is completed and the barriers are removed.
The guided tour though was great and our guide was quite knowledgable.
