Mooie manier om Barcelona te ontdekken, we hadden tickets voor 2 dagen en dat heb je in mijn beleving ook nodig. We zijn op verschillende plekken uitgestapt en bij een volgende halte weer ingestapt. Soms was de bus erg vol, hebben we gewoon gewacht op de volgende, lang hoef je niet te wachten.

Gute Informationen über den Kopfhörer im Bus in allen Sprachen. Verbesserungsvorschlag: der Bus sollte ander Haltestelle Güell-Park besser direkt vor den Einlass fahren, wo auch andere Busse und Taxen hinfahren.Der steile und lange Aufstieg von der Haltestelle zum Einlass ist extrem anstrengend

Ons hotel lag dicht bij rode stops 1 en 2 maar op 23/ 4 was er een feest waardoor deze busstop niet werden gedaan alsook een nabije blauwe stop.Dit was niet gecommuniceerd waardoor we niet de tijd hadden om naar een andere stop te wandelen en we een activiteit bijna misten …we moesten dan een taxi bellen.Op 22/4 moest iedereen plots ‘s avonds de bus verlaten…waarom? Maar na enige tijd wachten werd een andere opgebeld door de begeleiding en konden we onze reis verderzetten

Der Bus ist sehr praktisch wenn man z.B. zur Sagrada Familia oder dem Park Güell möchte. Kopfhörer erhält man im Bus, die man dort einstöpselt, um Informationen zu erhalten. Die Busse kommen häufig. Wer zum Park Güell mit dem Bus möchte, sollte wissen, dass es von der Haltestelle noch ca. 500m hoch geht.

I booked for a 2 day tour but once we had started the tour we were told that the ticket was valid for 24 hours and so we started the second route within the 24 hours but our ticket was shown as invalid at a stop as we had got off. If the ticket is for 2 days it should be for 2 full days not 24 hours

For some reason when changing from blue to red route the bus never turned up and we were stuck in a queue of at least 50+ and in hot conditions was a very unpleasant experience and in the end we ordered an Uber to take us to the Cable Cars in Montjuic.
The staff, however, were extremely friendly.

Very easy to use. Plenty of buses, we never had to wait more than 5 mins. Comfortable seating and with the exception of one grumpy man, all the staff were friendly and helpful. The stops were well placed to see all there is to see in Barcelona. We would use the service again.

This is a must for anyone visiting Barcelona, guide is done in various languages via earphones n port, regular stops, frequent supply of buses on the 2 routes, friendly staff who also speak various languages, an automatic ramp and spacious for accessibility ????????

Der Preis ist etwas überhöht. Und bei Regen ist es oben zu sitzen nicht angenehm, da keine Seitenteile vorhanden sind und es dadurch reinregnet. Vorallem ist bei Regen unten voll und man muss nach oben.

Je krijgt heel veel te zien in korte tijd, geweldig aanrader om dit te doen en je kan uitstappen bij de haltes. Alle haltes zijn makkelijk te vinden. Goede veiligheid, wordt ook op gewezen in de bus op je spullen letten. Geen punten van kritiek.

Die Tour war sehr gut, allerdings kam die Audioansage immer erst als die Gebäude vorbei waren . Da ich schonmal in Barcelona war konnte ich das eine Gaudi-Gebäude erkennen und als wir vorbeigefahren waren kam die Ansage - kein gutes Timing. Ich habe auch in Paris und Madrid eine Tour gemacht und ich muss sagen in Paris war es am besten . Man wurde extra darauf hingewiesen das jetzt gleich die Sehensw´ürdigkeit kommt und dann wurde erzählt. Die Orte die angefahren wurden waren gut in Barcelona.

De haltes zijn niet te vinden! Waarom alleen een stip op een analoge kaart?? Waarom niet op Google Maps de haltes aangeven? We hebben anderhalf uur gezocht vanaf ons hotel. Ook heel verwarrend dat er meerdere busaanbieders zijn. Het verschil is erg onduidelijk. We zijn meerdere keren naar de verkeerde haltes geleid.

My favourite places were Park Guell, Sagrada Familia, Gothic Quarter and Poble Espanyol. Regret not going on the Montjuic cable car.

Man kommt nicht wirklich bei dem Verkehr in Barcelona vorwärts. Wenn man aus Platzmangel unten sitzen muss und die Klimaanlage im Hochsommer ausfällt, wird’s anstrengend. Der „Sound“ der Anlage ist grottig, teilweise wussten wir nicht, worauf gerade hingewiesen wurde. Die Sitze sind ungemütlich.

Ottima l'organizzazione dei tour con le due linee, buona la frequenza delle corse e attento il personale, mlt cortese, alla sicurezza e al controllo anticovid.
I due itinerari consentono di visitare una parte importante della città, e la raccomando a chi ha pochi giorni disponibili. Tt ok

Während unseres Aufenthaltes war die Klimaanlage in unserem gebuchten Zimmer defekt. Wir haben dies mehrfach reklamiert. Am letzten Tag hat sich der GM Fernandez bei uns entschuldigt. Er wollte sich für eine Nachlass einsetzen. Das Hotel würden wir zukünftig nicht mehr buchen.

Super leuk om met de hop en hop bus te gaan. Echter was ons hotel alleen op de hoogte van de citytour dus gaf ons een hele andere route, Communicatie daar is ook erg slecht. En ook had tui ons daar niet over geïnformeerd. Erg jammer we hebben 2 uur moet lopen om uit eindelijk bij de juiste opstapplaats te staan.

This was okay.
It was a rainy day and sitting upstairs was not an option. The views from downstairs were not great. Often the commentary was too soon before getting to the actual site. And there was very little extra info in the commentary. I would say more info. Rain is not the fault of tour.

De automatische gids werd heel vaakmo derbroken vanwege een halte en kwam er geen vervolg meer van het verhaal. En een hele tijd kwam er pas uitleg 300 meter na dat je dat gebouw gehad.

Des öfteren kam es vor, dass die Beschreibungen nicht zu den Orten gepasst haben. Der Bus fuhr entweder zu schnell oder stand im Stau.
Es wurden Pausen gemacht ohne eine Angabe der Zeit, so saß man bis zu 30 min im Bus am selben Ort.

Na enkele dagen flink lopen in Barcelona was dit echt een uitkomst. Alle bezienswaardigheden zien en uitstappen waar en wanneer je maar wilt. Je hoeft niet lang te wachten op de bussen en de haltes zijn gemakkelijk te vinden. Wil je alle hotspots zien? Dan raad ik dit zeker aan.
