You will walk through a narrow sandstone canyon with a few ascents of staircases, moving toward the upper end of the canyon as your Navajo guide shares the history and culture of the area. The walking tour is approximately 75 minutes in duration.From the canyon, you will visit an area where the Colorado River makes a 280-degree turn around the horseshoe bend shape of the rock. Horseshoe Bend Overlook requires you to make a 1.5-mile roundtrip (2.4 km) walk over sand and rocks. You will reach a 1000-foot canyon as you look down upon the mighty Colorado River at the bottom of Glen Canyon.

Any decision to close Antelope Canyon due to weather comes from the Antelope Canyon operators and/or Navajo Parks and Recreation. The local operator has no control over these closures
If the day of the tour guests are unable to be admitted to Antelope Canyon, the tour will still include Horseshoe Bend Overlook and viewing of Glen Canyon Dam and Lake Powell
If it is not possible to provide a planned inclusion with an admission cost, a partial refund will be offered to the guests, equal to the excluded admission minus a processing fee
Be sure to leave sufficient time between the end of the tour and any subsequent scheduled activities. The tour duration may be changed or extended due to unforeseen events
Be prepared to carry infants and young children when visiting Antelope Canyon or Horseshoe Bend as strollers are not permitted
The motorcoach is equipped with free WiFi, charging ports and restroom
The tour will operate year-round, throughout seasonal weather
Lunch includes deli-style turkey sandwich with chips
