Great

The pick up process was a bit long. The lunch that was provided took 1.5 hours to be served and the tour guide and driver had their meal before some of the guests. Some of the group had finished their meal before some had been served

Excellent

This was an excellent experience. The caves are truly magnificent and very well presented. The iguanas were an unexpected bonus. Altos de Chavon is very impressive and a really high quality destination. The restaurant was top quality and the food and service were superb. We briefly visited the chocolate factory on the return journey which was also interesting. Overall we cannot recommend this experience more highly. Our guide was Milton who was excellent throughout.
