Die Ziele des Ausfluges sind sehr sehenswert und wunderschön. Caya Levantade war leider extrem verschmutzt, überall im Boden waren Trinkhalme, Becher und Colaflaschen der Vorbesucher. Man musste erst mal um die Liegen aufräumen, um nicht auf alles treten zu müssen. Der Reisebus war sehr alt und nicht gereinigt. Regler für die Lüftungsöffnungen der Klima waren z. T. ausgebrochen, man konnte den offenen Luftstrom über den Sitzen nicht regeln. Auf dem Gang im Bus standen Schrauben aus dem Boden.

- bijna 5u lang in een bus en dan nog eens 2u in de boot van en naar Bacardi Island - korte tocht door mangrooves met weinig uitleg van de gids - bijna geen tijd in de taino grot en zeer weinig uitleg van de gids (heeft zelfs de borden die er stonden niet toegelicht…)

Toller Ausflug mit vielen tollen Stopps, aber leider viel zu überteuert. Wir haben 170€/Person bezahlt. Ein Monatslohn als Servicekraft im Hotel beträgt ca. 200$ - zum Vergleich. Das Essen und der Bus/ Schnellboot waren ok, aber keineswegs luxuriös. Alle Dienstleister unterwegs waren zusätzlich noch auf Trinkgeld aus. Bezahlt TUI die Dienstleister vor Ort so schlecht??? Wohin fließt das Geld ???

Ein sehr schöner Ausflug. Ein etwas straffes Programm. Ein langer Tag. Genug zu trinken, vorallem auch Wasser. Die Bootsfahrt ist nicht so geeignet für Rückenprobleme. Und achtung, bei der überfahrt kanns auch mal eine ungewollte Dusche geben, je nach Wellengang. Unser Guide, Martin war super. 3 sprachig . Deutsch, Englisch und Franz. Der arme musste viel schwatzen ??.Wunderschön war dass wir auch noch Delfine gesehn haben auf dem Weg zum Nationalpark. Wunderbar.

Een leuke 3 in 1 excursie, de gids is vriendelijk en geeft veel info. Het is wel een lange dag, maar zeker waar voor je geld. Je zit totaal best wat uur in het busje maar omdat je stopt op bepaalde plekken en ook nog een groot gedeelte met de boot gaat merk je het niet echt. Je krijgt regelmatig drinken, lunch is prima op het strand en de tijd ook. Je bent ong 1,5 uur op Bacardi Island wat voldoende is. Wij raden zeker de lokale Coco Loco en Pina Colada aan.

Yes this trip was a long day, out for 13 hour but we saw a lot in 1 day, the 3 parts of the trip were all brilliant and the guide was very informative. If you want to see the real Dominican Republic then I would definitely recommend this trip

Eigentlich war der Ausflug wunderschön, aber zum einen hatte sich das ganze zu einer Verkaufsfahrt entwickelt,und zum anderen wurde uns von ihrer Mitarbeiterin ein falscher Preis genannt. Für 300€(2 Personen)wurde uns dieser Ausflug angeboten und bezahlt haben wir 340€!!!! Der Wechselkurs wurde von der Verkäuferin nicht berücksichtigt. Sehr schade!

We loved to whole day, it was a long day to be fair but well worth it. The guide and team did an amazing job of keeping things going ddespite the bus breaking down and a fallen branch blocking the path up to the mountain. They continued and didn't cut the rest of the day to make up time either, so we still got our time as normal. All the activities was amazing.

Lovely trip. Guide was good. Mountain views beautiful. Loved the swings. Mangroves relaxing and peaceful. Plenty to eat and drink. Long day but worth it. Beach was nice,sellers were OK, no hassle. Souvenir shop,very expensive. 2 different stop times,morning then afternoon, prices had doubled for a bag of crisps when we stopped in afternoon.

The whole trip was excellent. It's not 8 hours though. It's nearer 12 hours. Our guide was brilliant and very knowledgeable giving us a lot of information about the island and people throughout the day. We loved every minute. The boat trip through the mangroves was absolutely amazing and the highlight of the day for us.

This trip cannot be advertised as an 8hour day, we were out in total for 13.5hrs. The hotel pick ups were too long, we spent 1.5hrs on the bus before the day even started just picking people up. If you like beautiful scenery, wildlife & lots of information on the history/culture of RD then you’ll love this trip.

Geweldige excursie waar je veel mooie sites bezoekt en geweldige ervaringen opdoet. Minpuntje is dat je veel tijd aan vervoer van ene naar andere activiteit spendeert, maar kan niet verholpen worden want de te bezoeken sites liggen ook ver uit elkaar. Een dikke aanrader in elk geval

We really enjoyed the visit to the mountain top and the boat excursion around Los Haitises through the mangroves and going into the cave, however the part of the trip to Bacardi Island was a bit dull by comparison…lounging on a beach for 2 hours with lots of beach sellers pestering you and then trying upsell cocktails at the bar when the excursion is already very expensive. Plus we’d done the snorkelling trip a few days before were the cocktails in coconuts were included with no upsell.

Der Ausflug war für ungefähr 8h geplant. Daraus wurden am Ende 14h, wobei man mehr als die Hälfte der Zeit im Bus saß. Daher ist diese Tour auch nicht für Leute mit einem empfindlichen Magen geeignet. Es war schön auf dem Speedboot die Natur zu erkunden, jedoch war 1h zum Baden am Bacardi Strand viel zu wenig. Auch das Essen viel sehr dürftig aus (frühs gab es nur ein Sandwich im Bus und Mittags wie üblich Reis und Fisch). Getränke sollte man sich lieber auch selbst mitnehmen.

really bad, On booking said 8 hrs, it took 13hrs, coach was late, broken windscreen no air con, Mountain… stop no milk? Sandwich stop water warm, sandwich awful, 1st boat stop jetty dangerous… toilets on island disgusting, we got v wet on boat, no sides put down, cave unsafe no lights, when we got off boat told to behind wall of toilet as no one could see! Coach drove with door open as air con broken mosquitoes, stopped to change to new 1, driver he had a rum, before driving water not cold bad

Es war alles in allem ein sehr erlebnisreicher Ausflug mit einem sehr guten Guide, der auf jede Frage qualifiziert antworten konnte. Der Bus war allerdings nicht gerade dritte Wahl, die Klimaanlage fiel aus, und wir mussten eine ziemliche Strecke schwitzen, bis wir dann in einen etwas kleineren, sehr engen Bus gequetscht wurden.

Enjoyed the day. The drink at the top pf the mountain was stunning. The speedboat was very boring compared to other speedboats we have done this holiday with tui. No engagement from staff most people fell asleep. Bicardi island seemed a pointless stop compared to other island trips such as saona. The guide spoke lots of languages which was very impressive but boring to listen to everything said 4 times

Die Tour an sich war ok. Die lange Busfahrt zurück nervte uns allerdings. Auf dem Boot im Nationalpark ereilte uns ein langer, kräftiger Regenschauer. Ausnahmslos jede Person an Bord war durchnässt als wir am Bus ankamen. Allerdings gab es erst nach 2 Stunden Fahrt die Möglichkeit sich umzuziehen! Ergebnis davon war für uns eine heftige Erkältung. Auf Nachfrage beim Tourguide meinte Dieser, dass ja Keiner zwecks umziehen gefragt hätte!? ..ohne Worte. Das sollte zukünftig besser geregelt werden.

We werden 25 minuten te laat opgehaald. Alle bezichtigingen waren zeer zeker de moeite waard en wordt door ons erg gewaardeerd. De reisleider overspoelde ons met nutteloze info met af toe leuke info. Aan het eind van de dag was hij duidelijk op en werd hij korter af.

Les visite étaient bien mais le problème, c'était que notre guide n'avait pas envie de beaucoup parler aux français nous étions quand même 9. Il nous a oublié sur l'île de Bacardi en certifiant qu'il ne manquait personne malgré les protestations des autres français, etc ...

Dans l'ensemble l' excursion est très bien, les sites visités sont intéressants. Les deux seuls bémols c'est le guide qui donne peu d'explications en français et beaucoup de temps de transport. On est parti à 6h30 et revenus à l' hôtel à 20h30.

Barcardi Insel die totale Enttäuschung, KEINE Atmosphäre, Essen unterirdisch inkl. der Art und Weise der Darbietung. Nur gut das nach 2 Stunden die Reise weiter ging !!! Hatte ich mir diesem Ort so nicht vorgestellt , dachte das das das ganz besonders schön dort sei - Fehlanzeige !!!

Es war ein wunderschöner Ausflug mit tollen Eindrücken, jedoch hatten wir auf der Rückfahrt das Pech das der Reisebus eine Panne hatte ( Kühlwasser Schlauch ist gerissen) , anstatt das man sofort ein anderes Transportmittel angefordert hätte wollte man den Schaden selbst reparieren und wir waren 1 1/2 Stunden in der Prärie gestanden. Endlich sind wir wieder losgefahren und nach 20 Minuten das gleiche Problem . Wir waren um 22 Uhr wieder im Hotel angekommen , das war nicht so schön!

Really enjoyable day out, especially being able to visit various beautiful places in one day. Our tour guide was so friendly & accommodating to all. Bacardi island was stunning. The speedboat to the mangroves & cave was exciting too. The views off the mountain were amazing, despite it being alittle wet! All in all a great trip & would recommend it to others.

Super, innerhalb weniger Stunden sehr viel vom Land und der Natur gesehen. Thomas hat auch sehr viel erklärt, die Veränderungen von seiner Kindheit zur heutigen Dominikanischen Republik erzählt, alles super durchorganisiert,,immer auf alle gewartet, Bei Fragen gleich beantwortet, kann ich nur empfehlen. Einzig den Rum gabs ein wenig zu spät, der halbe Tag des Ausfluges hat es geregnet, ab dem Zeitpunkt wie die auf dem Boot Rum ausgeschenkt hatten schien die Sonne :-) Die Natur weiß eben was Sie

Sevärdheterna var fantastiska. Även resan dit då man fick se mycket av natur och samhällen. Däremot väldigt irriterande med att pick up på hotellet var 30 min försenad. Lång väntan på större bussen. Den stora bussen var för liten, inte sittplatser till alla! Bussen körde upp till sidan av motorvägen där vi fick sitta i över 1 timme innan ny buss kom. Besviken på den mediokra lunchen. Salladsblad, tomat, kyckling och fisk med vatten eller Cola till. Betalar man över 2000:- förväntar man sig mer.

Bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna Pani Kasia z TUI. Przewodnik miejscowy tez byl ok., chociaz pogubil sie n a poczatku. Miejsca , które odwiedzilismy byly wspaniale. Szkoda tylko, ze stracilismy duzo czasu na starcie dnia ze wzgledów organizacyjnych i mielismy mniej czasu na atrakcje. Autokar móglby byc czystszy. Ze wzgledu na ten czas, kierowca jechal zbyt szybko i doszlo do niebezpiecznego zderzenia z konmi.

Trop de temps consacré au transport: 4.5 heure de bus et 1h30 de bateau !!! L'excursion sur l'île ne valait pas la peine: trop de monde, plage sale, sorte de cantine +/- pour midi, trop de vendeurs de tout genre ... attrape touriste ! Le guide était professionnel et le parc national avec l'île aux oiseaux, la mangrove et la visite de la grotte étaient vraiment bien ... mais encore une fois trop de temps passé dans les transports !!!

Hele mooie ervaring! Prachtige vogels en mangrovebossen gezien! Jammer dat het zo'n grote boot was, waardoor er iedere keer mensen voor stonden als je foto's wilde maken. In een kleinere boot zou je nog meer kunnen zien en vastleggen. De strandstop tussendoor had voor ons niet gehoeven. Die tijd hadden we liever extra in de mangroven doorgebracht.

The Los Haitises National Park Tour was a great experience overall. The views were stunning, the trip well-organized, and the staff friendly. However, the multilingual setup was an issue. The guide mainly spoke German and Italian, with little English explanation, and the addition of Spanish created confusion. Multilingual tours are fine, but with four languages, it becomes chaotic, and details are lost. Fewer languages or separate groups would improve clarity. Still, the park's beauty made it w

Our guide Danny was fantastic , friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Our belongings were completely safe when he said we could leave them or take with us etc . The excursion itself was fantastic, a 4x4 trip up the mountain with exceptional views. Barcardi Island was beautiful, a speedboat ride which felt safe , boat in fab condition and order . The only thing is that you get approached by locals continuously so this is why I didn't give a 10 overall. National Park fab . Highly recommend.

Het is een van de duurste excursie's maar ook een van de mooiste en het zeker waard. Het is een geweldige ervaring van de natuur en Mangrove te kunnen genieten en er ook een binnenkant te kunnen zien op een prachtige stop plaats. Op dat moment voel je je een met deze machtige geweldige natuur en kan je er veel over te weten komen. Dus heel erg mooi en zeer interessant. Met de 4x4 truck was naar de top van de hoogste berg was mooi. Schitterend uitzicht. Bacardi eiland enorm toeristisch; als je niet zo van zonnen en zwemmen houdt een lange zit van ruim twee uur. Lunch was dominicaans en oké. Het varen door een stukje van nationaal park Los Haitisos was mooi en indrukwekkend. Bezoek aan een grot met tekeningen van de Taino interessant, varen door de mangroven heel apart. Prima gids (Thomas). Kortom: voor ons een geslaagde dag die zijn geld waard is.

Would have preferred to have been given the sandwich to eat with the coffee at the mountain top rather than on the bus later. Would have liked an alcoholic drink option with lunch. Too many nationalities mixed together so the guide had to explain things three or four times. Far too long sat on the bus. Picked up at 06:15then took over an hour to pick up others from various places before we even got going. Thoroughly enjoyed the scenery and the boat

We didn't realize when we booked the tour that it was going to be so long. We really enjoyed seeing everything but it turned out to be a 13 hour long day. The drive back to our hotel from Los Haitises was over 2 hours. But the bus was air conditioned so it was not unbearable - just a lot further away than we thought.

Het is nu 3 in 1 , ik zou er 2 in 1 van maken dan heb je wat meer tijd op Bacardi eiland . 1 1/2 uur is wel weinig incl eten . Je wilt wat zonnen, zwemmen en foto’s maken . Daar is nú weinig tijd voor . Verder was het ok

Zeer lange verplaatsingen, op Los Haitises was er amper iets te zien doordat de boot niet aangepast was voor de activiteit (dak waardoor je niets van de natuur zag als je in het midden zat). Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is niet in balans.

To large a group with 56 people consisting of 3 nationalities i felt that certain parts felt rushed while others were repeated 3 times to accommodate all the nationalities meaning a lot of time standing around in the heat this could be an excellent excursion if numbers were reduced and if it was reduced to 2 nationalities

Die Ziele waren schon schön. Leider war die Deutsch sprachige Übersetzung nur sehr oberflächlich, ob wohl es als deutschsprachige Tour angepriesen wurde, Viele Informationen fehlten uns, sehr schade. Das Preis - Leistung -Verhältnis passt auch nicht, viel zu teuer, Andy- Tour, rein Deutschsprachig, guter Service, auf die Bedürfnisse der Gäste wird einfangen und Top Preis, wir hatten den Vergleich, und deshalb natürlich mega Enttäuscht. Wir würden die Tour nicht empfehlen.

Too much time on the beach for me it is not a must.. the time on the beach would be better spent seeing more of Los haitises.. Daniel the guide has to speak 3 or 4 languages at once which is tiring for him and boring for others..

De verschillende plaatsen die we hebben bezocht waren leuk/mooi. Tijdens de excursie is het veel zitten, eerst in de bus dan in de vrachtwagen en dan de boot. De groepsgrootte was te veel, dit houdt erg op. Deze excursie stond ook weer in het teken van toerist kaalplukken.

Loved the mountain top. Loved Bacardi island and boat trip. Did not feel safe in the cave trip in national park. Very poorly lit , slippery surfaces. An accident waiting to happen.
