After purchase and receipt of a single bar code I emailed Musement with questions and got an immediate reply. Received the actual full tickets the day before our Louvre visit. All went smoothly, Louvre was great and boat ride too! Great price and responsiveness from Musement. Merci beaucoup!

Superb day out and great to know that you can enter the museum at a specific time. Queued up 25 mins before our alloted time and entered the Louvre pretty much on time.
Boat trip was a decent introduction, with everything well organised and sign posted.

War wirklich sehr schön. Schade nur das man vom Louvre erst bis zum Eifelturm laufen muss um die Bootsfahrt zu machen.

Het enige minpunt was dat het niet heel duidelijk was dat de voucher die je gemaild kreeg moest omruilen in Parijs bij een kantoortje voor een ticket. Op de voucher staat dit in kleine letters, geef dit in de mail ook duidelijk aan met gelijk een routebeschrijving waar je moet zijn. Doordat wij hier te laat achter kwam moesten we rennen door Parijs om dit in orde te maken en waren we te laat in het Louvre.

Unico neo è che dovevo raggiungere l'agenzia per poter ritirare i biglietti. Inoltre per entrare ne Louvre sono entrato da un ingresso secondario e non dalla piramide.
Il personale dell'agenzia invece è stato molto gentile e cortese e mi ha dato tutte le spiegazioni di cui avevo bisogno.

Ottima comunicazione e velocità di risposta. Unica pecca: ho acquistato una visita di 2 ore e mezza, ma il museo ha chiuso dopo nemmeno due ore dal nostro ingresso programmato, lasciandoci spiazzati. Sarebbe il caso di avvisare o di non vendere ingressi dopo un certo orario

We arrived at the office to pick up our tickets for 10am and we were informed that the museum tickets had not been booked because there were none available. Apparently the office received an email but I only received notification that we were booked and were emailed a voucher.

Entering the museum away from the crowd was magical. We got to admire the art at own pace. It was an art enthusiast moment. Seeing the paintings, sculptures, and statues took us on a journey through time. The labyrinth-like layout and levels staged the setting for an art adventure of a lifetime.

Meraviglioso! Il Louvre è uno spettacolo anche se consiglio di entrare la mattina presto, In 6 ore abbiamo visto solo 2 piani su 4! La signora del tour operator ci ha spiegato una strada grazie alla quale abbiamo fatto praticamente 0 fila!

You really can’t avoid a long queue at the Louvre but with an advance ticket you can avoid the worst one. A visit to the Louvre is a must do and the Mona Lisa is really not the best thing in it.
The Seine cruise is wonderfully relaxing and the best way to see the most famous architecture.

Todella vaikeaa oli löytää paikkaa/konttori jossa saatiin lippu ja ohje museota varten. Määrätty aika, milloin piti olla toimistolla ei pitänyt paikkaansa, eli ei haitannut vaikka etsinnässä myöhästyimme. Risteilyn lähtö oli myös todella kaukana museosta. Jos olisimme sen tienneet, olisimme ottaneet taksin Louvresta lähtöasemalle. Agenzia disponibile e affidabile. Prenotato online, puntualissimi! Si passa prima in ufficio (vicinissimo al Louvre) per i biglietti e poi ci si dirige all'ingresso del museo. Senza limite di tempo. Audioguida funzionale. Nel nostro biglietto era compresa una crociera sul Senna, apprezzatissima!
