Important: A maximum of 2 free children's cards (3-11 years) can be booked for each adult card. Extra kids must get a Junior Card
You can choose between the 24hrs, 48hrs and 72hrs card option
Infants (age 0-2) go for free and do not require a ticket
The Copenhagen Card is 100% digital, and you will need an app on a smartphone to use it
Download the Copenhagen Card City Guide app on your smartphone and tap in the card code you find on your voucher. After redeeming and activating the card, you are ready to explore Copenhagen
Cards can be redeemed up to 24 months from the date of purchase
Receive a 100% refund if you cancel up to 180 days after the purchase date. Please note that the card is non-refundable if it has been activated and/or used
Please note: The Classic Copenhagen bus route runs daily all year around approx. every 35 minutes. The Urban Green Copenhagen and Colorful Copenhagen bus routes runs daily from May 3rd to September 29th 2024, and only Friday to Sunday from for the remaining months. Please note that there may be changes around holidays
The audio-guide on the buses is available in English, Danish, Swedish, German, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Japanese, Polish, Ukrainian, French, and Chinese

Oplevelsescenteret man burde kunne ringe til for oplysninger eksistere ikke ved Tui længere. Blev lovet 1. gang jeg ringede at de nok skulle hjælpe. 14 dage efter eksisterede det ikke mere tlf.nr var til en privatperson. Meget bøvl med at aktivere Copenhagen Card med koder og diverse ellers fungerer det fint og upåklageligt når aktiveret. Husk! Bestil tid ved Rosenborg Slot ellers må du stå udenfor og glo på hvis du kommer op af dagen og tivoli lukker mindre attraktioner lang tid inden lukketid.
