The trip was very pleasant and chill. The bus to take us to the Catamaran arrived in time. Info about the voucher should be clearer tho.
The Catamaran was very clean and the crew was nice.
When getting to Cayo Blanco, DON'T MESS WITH THE HUTIAS. I almost lost my fingertip.

Boys on the boat were great fun and got everyone involved. Liked we could keep our belongings safe under the seat. If you don’t like rum and beer tho you might struggle to get something to drink. Cayo Blanco was beautiful and enjoyed the beach. Lunch was delicious. Great day

From to start to finish the whole crew engaged every nationality on board. During the open water snorkelling safety was paramount. Cayo Blanco was a beautiful island, meal was tasty, open bar a bonus, Wildlife extraordinary, Hutia were beautiful, but several Canadians unsure and were antagonistic towards them. More information should of been given beforehand. All in all, an absolutely fabulous day out. There was nothing we felt negative about.

Overall experience was very good, friendly and helpful crew onboard Catamaran and enjoyable meal at beach. Only downfall was that there was nothing to see when snorkelling, this could have been better over a reef where you could see the beauty of the fish. Would still recommend to other travellers. Catamaran crew got everyone dancing before we returned to the Marina, proper party atmosphere with plenty of drinks provided.

We took our cruise with boat Cetus along with Pedro and Capt.Enrique. They made the tour so great, their energy was amazing and we had so much fun.We were drinking and dancing along the way, had a great time. Cayo Blanco is a must see island on Cuba and its beauty is picturesque! Totally recommend.

Seatour Catamaran to Cayo Blanco is a great trip. Time on the boat is fun and all drinks included, good time to swim or snorkel in the sea and then enough time to eat and swim, relax on the beach with more drinks in the afternoon, before returning home. We had a really good time. Thank you.

Been on this trip numerous times. It’s always well organised and a fun day out, just a little pointer need some umbrellas on the beach only shade is in the restaurant and at 34 it’s hot hot hot

The catamaran trip was really good, very free flowing bar!! but the guide seemed to forget to speak in English as well as other languages so had to figure things out ourselves. The food was nice when we got to the island, but the description of the island was misleading, there is not a white sandy beach, it’s rock and the water was murky, the beach at our hotel was much better

The rep in the hotel was easily contactable and helpful. Transport arrived on time and the trip was excellent. The lunch provided was fabulous and possibly the best food we ate on the entire holiday.

The trip was perfect. We were picked up from the hotel in a coach and taken to the Marina. The trip was very well organised. The crew were amazing, friendly, welcoming and fun. Drinks were free on the boat with very generous portions! The Island was amazing. Free sunbeds, lots of shade, time to swim and relax. The buffet was fantastic, lobster, chicken, salad, bread, fresh fruit and again a free bar. Would highly recommend and was a highlight of the holiday

It was a long day out. The sea was murky where the snorkelling took place. The sand at Playa Blanco was quite gritty and not "soft". Lunch was fine. Could not understand the English information given by the Cuban guide as he kept switching too quickly between Spanish and English with a Cuban/American accent. The form that we signed in pencil on boarding the catamaran wasn't worth the paper it was written on. I do not like the song "Hey Baby" being rammed down my throat all afternoon.

Food stop included lobster tails! Torquoise seas.
Great snorkeling stop, with good equipment provided, but for £25 online, I'd recommend a full face mask snorkel.

Waited over an hour at the hotel for our pick up - it never came - the hotel customer service were helpful and arranged for us to see our rep that afternoon - which meant we couldn't make plans for the day as needed to be back at the hotel a few hours later - wasting a day of our holiday. The rep although managed to rebook us on for another day said it wasn't good that we'd booked through the internet through the TUI website as he couldn't really help with that. As for snorkelling - pointless!

Absolutely amazing trip. We went on the catamaran Perseo. The staff was so funny, nice and helpful. Cayo Blanco is beautiful island with white sand and blue water. We have seen a big dragons , they are hiding under the trees. Big bonus was seeing the dolphins jumping around our catamaran. Excellent experience.

There was a very long wait at the dock, over an hour, waiting for other passengers to arrive. Once we got going, the vessel and staff were great, music was a bit loud, and suppressed conversation but the atmosphere was good. Snorkelling wasn’t great, there were supposed to be 3 groups, but most people just swam at the back of the boat, it was a bit chaotic. Cayo Blanco was okay, dazzling in the sunlight, lunch ok. The trip back was good, lot’s of dancing with the crew leading the entertainment

Good fun atmosphere, good guides. Food on the island was poor quality and nothing much for vegetarians. Snorkelling off the boat was really dangerous due to the currents, it was difficult to see anything as you had to hold onto the rope rail to stop you from going under the boat.

The experience lacked something to wow you. The boat and facilities were great however the snorkelling stop wasn't the best, not a huge selection of fish to see. The island it's self has nothing to offer other than a bar and buffet, there are no water sports or snorkeling gear. You have to pay for sunbeds (in the form of tips) so you can't even relax. The food was okay, lobster was included which was a nice surprise. The crew were fun however there was a slightly concering interaction with one of the crew members and a woman which made me uncomfortable to watch.

A fabulous time on a catamaran sailing over the water to an island with white sand, warm water and lobster for lunch. Throw in a few beers and a few more glasses of Havana Club, heaven.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained, the rooms were spacious and had all the necessary equipment including air-conditioning, ceiling fan, iron, hairdryer, scales and an umbrella. They were cleaned every day and towels arranged in various designs on the bed as a nice touch. Lovely clean pool areas, nicely landscaped gardens and plenty of room, so finding sunbeds wasn't a problem. situated with direct access to a beautiful white sandy beach. The staff were really helpful and friendly. 5 restaurants, including buffet restaurant and 4 more themed restaurants, plus a snack bar, and a main central bar area. Slightly annoying to find that although you couldn't reserve tables at the themed restaurants, (we were told it was first come first served), but if you were a Diamond Club member you could reserve a table which seemed a tad unfair to the rest of us, and most days we found that all the tables were already reserved. The food was reasonable considering the situation the country is in, but we found it rather bland and had to ask for salt and pepper. The all inclusive drinks were good, plenty of rum!! The hotel had a programme of evening shows, we didn't watch all of them but the water ballet was impressive and unique. Overall, we would recommend this hotel. We did 2 excursions - Havana Premium and Catamaran tour which we would highly recommend.

Lovely catamaran trip, staff good, all food and drinks a included. Meal on the beach was nice, lobster, pasta, chicken etc. lovely beach where we spent about 90 minutes. Bad points. No soap in one toilet or water in the other, not ideal with covid about. The crew fed the fish from the boat which we personally don’t agree with.

Party boat and drinking before snorkeling, no life jackets available and no safety briefing. It's called a sea tour but we didn't see anything other than the sea from the boat before docking at the island which was beautiful and great to be there first so it was quiet. It was mostly filled with 20 year olds who were thinking they were on a booze cruise and 10 older couples 35+ weren't really feeling comfortable with all the flesh on show but everyone was happy and kept within certain groups. Either there should be two trip types so you can have a younger group and older group tours or more information should be provided of the small details.

I enjoyed everything on the cruise, the staff were very friendly. I was supposed to go with my partner but he was ill so I went on my own. The staff asked if I was ok on a number of occasions and also checked I was having a nice time.
