The tour provided by Vivi was excellent as well and the information provided on the bus by Juan. It was nice to have a tour, then as much free time as we did as it allowed for a decent amount of exploration of Palma.

Coach on time and journey was quick and we were entertained by the guide giving us information about everything we passed in a light-hearted and amusing way. We had plenty of time to explore Palma and have a relaxing lunch. The pickup point to return would be better being across the road from the cathedral like it was last time we did this trip where there is more room for the number of coaches picking up to park and for passengers waiting to stand away from the cathedral and the traffic.

Coach trip was loooong it took 2 hours, but expected this since we were on the other end of the island and it was a fraction of the price of a taxi there and back. Palma was lovely had plenty of time there to explore at our leisure, really glad we did it despite the time spent on the coach

enjoyed the free time tour gave us plenty of time for lunch and leisurely strolls around the shops and cathedral and the lovely streets. couldn't always hear the guide towards the back of the bus. Had to be careful where the bus picked us up a lot of people selling goods from blankets coming very close. Had to be alert.

stunning city with great history, but after the guided tour ended to long with time to kill. only so many shops, bars and ice cream places you can visit in 4 1/2 hours. pick up and return coach was on time and clean tidy.

Cathedral tour and guide were very good as was free time in the city. The travel experience not so much we spent about 1.5 hours touring Cala Millor and Sa Coma picking up and dropping off other trippers very disappointing that we were first pick up and last drop off and better planning could have saved us time I did not buy two tours of the area we were staying in.

I last did Palma and cathedral tour in 2015. This time I did it with my husband and I loved the added part of a tour of the old town surrounding the cathedral. The guide was very informative and helpful with tips of where to go in the town. They tell you to watch out for pick pockets but we felt safe and had no concerns just keep one hand on your bag and your good

Very well informed tour guide on coach who gave us lots of valuable information and tips. Palma itself is a very beautiful city to visit with lots to see and do. Plenty of experiences to suit all budgets. Only thing that was a little bit off-putting was length of time on coach as after picking up in resort we went quite a way out to another resort which probably added another 40 minutes to the journey.

The air-conditioning system in the bus was really good which was important for us when travelling in high temperatures. The guide on the bus was amazing, very welcoming, funny and knowledgeable. It was good that my family could sit together during travel, this is important with long journeys over one hour. It would be good to get some recommendations on where to eat in Palma.

The booking process was very confusing. I thought I was booking Parma cathedral and Valdermossa with the Hard Rock Cafe as an add-on but, it turned out, that the Hard Rock Cafe replaced everything else! Some other people were also caught out by this. I am an it consultant so this can’t be blamed on unfamiliarity with computers. The guide Malika was excellent and she managed to sort it out but the tui app probably needs some clarification. Also a full itinerary for the trip should be shown.

The coach was on time, the driver and guide good. The details when booking through the website was a little unclear due to the options available. The tour stated 4-8 hours. It was never going to be 4 hours, in fact, it turned out to be 10 hours. Palma was lovely, the cathedral was ok, nothing special. We were really looking for the most cost effective was to visit Palma from our east coast resort and we got what we wanted.

Guide was excellent.Great destination, apart from roadworks on paseo maritime and overcrowded pick up point on return. Disappointed by being misinformed of the outward pickup point - twice notified that it was the chemist but actually it was outside safari park hotel. Fortunately Lubna had phoned the bus company to check and correct it, but TUI still sent a wrong reminder after that!

The journey there was fine, once there we split into groups of nationality, which took time. We queued for toilet,The guide Victoria took quite a long time going over things half hour tour turned into nearly hour. It was good through old narrow streets to town I went alone so was concerned of information for our return journey. Why not take a contact number of all passengers send to all a message of meeting point changes. there was lots waiting where told and no bus. Or rep for 1/2 hour

Both the guides, Victoria and Juan, were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The cathedral was stunning. Did not get time to really appreciate Palma and Cartuja, as the traffic conditions left us with very little time.

We got picked up first at 8:10 am and dropped off last at 5:50 pm. This was the only downside to the trip and would definitely put me off booking another as it was too long a day. We did enjoy Palma and the tour guide was fantastic on the way there giving so much information in several languages.

Would have preferred a self guided audio tour of the cathedral. The cathedral tour felt rushed and we would have liked more time to look rather than being herded quickly through. The audio wasn't particularly clear in places as the guide didn't always speak directly into the microphone. We then had 4 hours to explore Palma. Essentially we paid over £40 for a bus into Palma with a quick march through the cathedral. Next time we'll use public transport and book a cathedral ticket ourselves

Guide good but very hurried tour thru cathedral. Earpieces didnt work properly so couldn't hear guide all the time - every time she turned her head her mouth was away from microphone. Lots of other people found the same. Rushed thru the tour, no time to look in gift shop at cathedral for a souvenir. Not tui's fault but so many tours in cathedral could hardly move. Couldnt get close to anything to look or take photos

Palma was a beautiful city; I enjoyed my day overall. The bus set-up was confusing, we had Liliana from Can Picafort to Palma, as an English speaker I stayed with Liliana while the German speakers went with Matteu and his English speakers came with us. There was a lot of hanging about! Boring!!!! Headphone set up not good. Our transfer to Valledemosa was late coming to pick us up in Palma so our time there was short as we had to be back by 4pm to change buses to return to Can Picafort

Enjoyed this trip. We chose Palma with a guided tour of the cathedral and Valldemossa. The guided tour of the cathedral was very interesting and well worth a visit. We then had free time to visit Palma at our own pace., which we enjoyed. Valldemossa is a lovely mountain village and well worth a visit, although we only had an hour and a quarter here. I would have liked to stay a little bit longer.

I thought the trip was really well organised. Both our tour guides on the bus & during the cathedral were knowledgeable and welcoming. We were given exact times to meet alongside a designated meeting point which was helpful. It was however hard to hear what was being said during our cathedral tour as the ear pieces were very quiet and Palma was obviously very busy, so ended up listening without. All in all a great trip had , well done Tui ??

The whole experience was seamless and efficient from start to finish. Clearly explained which buses to get and the locations, like that at the cathedral split into groups based on which language the tour is in. Highly recommend going to valdemossa as it is stunning and was the highlight for me Went on the hottest day during a heatwave was the right amount of time at each location without being excessive Loved it so glad I booked and didn't cancel based on negative reviews

I messed up when booking and had not included the cathedral entry payment withy booking but Juan our guide was happy to help me sort this out. Where I paid my own entrance at the Cathedral and the joined in with the guided tour. It was very interesting and well worth the visit. I had two long in Palma with four hours to fill so I wish I had arranged a shorter day. Overall fantastic guide and a good experience.

We were led to believe that the trip was onmy a few hours long. We loved it, but my elderly parents struggled with mobility around the streets. If I'd known we were there for hours, I would have booked another activity.

Enjoyed seeing Palma as we missed doing this on our last visit to Majorca. Did the cathedral visit ourselves, which we preferred. Your guide on the bus was absolutely fabulous, seemlessly switching languages for all on the bus, giving detailed information on the trip booked.

The excursion was a lovely day out. Palma was a Great city lots to see. The guide for the tour around the cathedral was excellent passionate about her subject My only criticism was the confusion regarding the return journey meeting point so many coach’s and having to walk up and down several times to find correct vehicle .

We were disappointed that we were told we were being picked up at 08:10 am and the bus didn’t arrive until 08:40 am. I spoke with another passenger who told me they had received an email the day before advising the bus would be later picking up at 08:35am, we did not receive a similar email although we did receive an email reminding us of our excursion but with no change to the pick up time. This was not great when we had a child in our party who was becoming irritable at the 30 min wait.

Really good option if you would like to visit Palma. Enough time to wander around, get to know the city and do some shopping. It's very convenient as they pick you up from the hotel and much easier than trying to find your way to get there. What we didn't like so much was that the guide went very fast on his way to the Cathedral, lost us and didn't even notice (we were going with a pushchair and had to go up lots of stairs). We ended up finding them, but he should have waited for us.

Palma and Valdamossa were very good (Palma free time was quite short though). The guide, Gabrielle, was excellent! Very informative and helpful. One big negative against TUI is the generic guidance about covering legs and shoulders for religious sites. We wore long trousers as we visited Palma Cathedral. However, that was not necessary and most people wore shorts. It was not pleasant in near 30 degree heat. That is very poor of TUI and more trip specific guidance should be made available by TUI.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn't like. We loved every second of Palma. We did not do the cathedral tour, and just went around the City. It was incredible. We went up to the market and travelled around to different shops. We had Tapas, and Churros with Hot Chocolate, bought spices and oil and salts, and souvenirs. It was an incredible day. It was our second day and honestly, it MADE the holiday.

The coach was good apart from when we had to depart. It was one of a very long line of coaches (mainly for cruise ships). We did not know where to wait. We arrived well in time but our bus was nowhere to be seen. We walked through the crowds of waiting people up and down several times before we located our bus. Better pick up instructions are needed. We were worried the bus would go without us although we were not late. We did not book a guided tour so cannot comment on this.

The guide was brilliant. Wasn’t expecting commentary on the way but she had so much information and was good at languages. We had the cathedral tour which we couldn’t hear that well with the ear phones we were given but still enjoyed it. Just about the right amount of free time to have lunch and wander around the shops.

Tour guide ViVi was great, albeit we booked an English tour and she was translating into 3 other languages. Cathedral tour was stunning. Palma itself is beautiful, would have liked more time there. Only minor grumble was waiting outside the cathedral for around 40 minutes for guide to arrive when not a lot of time to play with, but otherwise a great experience.

Tour guide ViVi was superb. She catered for guests of all nationalities and spoke several languages fluently. The guided tour of the cathedral was excellent. Plenty of free time in Palma for shopping and eating. Well worth the money

Very good value trip even if just for the lift to Palma as much cheaper than a taxi. Palma is a beautiful city and the cathedral is spectacular. Plenty of free time to explore, shop, have lunch etc. we were the only English people on the coach, all the other guests were German, but the guide was very fair and gave the commentary equally in both languages. We met up with another tour and broke into English/German groups for the tour of the cathedral.

We took the Free Time option and enjoyed exploring Palma on our own. We had 6 hours there but had no trouble filling them. Our Value for Money rating reflects the fact that we essentially were paying for a bus to and from Palma We’re not sure why the pick up point was a random roundabout rather than the bus pull-in outside our hotel like they did for all the other hotels. Would advise booking before leaving the UK as other people have not been able to book whilst here.

Our tour guide Victoria was amazing, very thorough. The tour through the Cathedral was fantastic, and the extra time exploring was great too. Great value for money. Our hotel was very far from Palma and we wanted to go so this was a fantastic opportunity.

The cathedral was beautiful as was the guided walk through the old town. Our guide Cataleena was very bubbly and entertaining. As others have said 5 hours was a long time in Palma in the heat but in all was a very enjoyable trip. Anyone taking this trip may want to add on valdemossa so that they're not walking around palma as much although there is a lot to see so it ia not boring by any means

Palma is a wonderful, historic city. The cathedral tour was rather brief as was the walk through the old town. Most likely because the guide was taking another tour in the afternoon. We'd have preferred a more detailed and informative tour of the capital

Punctual and direct journey to Palma and clear instructions for meeting the coach back to the hotel. Only (big) downside was that on the journey back we dropped off others in other resorts making our journey twice as long coming back then going. I didn’t appreciate having to sit on a coach for over 2 hours.

Good communication in regards to time of pick up and return. Guide at Cathedral was excellent. Best to arrive at pick up point in good time as it can be a little confusing because of the amount of coaches. Overall a very enjoyable day out.

This was by far the best value way for us to visit Palma - far cheaper than a taxi. However, over 5 hours free time in Palma in the hottest part of the day was really too much. We felt exhausted after 2 hours and would have been happy with a maximum of 3. The guide heroically tried to speak 3 foreign languages but his instructions were only clear in German. Thankfully, I can speak German so I managed to translate key details like timings, bus numbers and locations, to fellow passengers.

Trip to Palma with free time for shopping was excellent. Palma is an excellent place to explore . Plenty of nice cages, restaurants and shops . Pretty architecture and definitely worth a visit. We went to Palma and did the Cathedral tour a few days ago , beautiful Cathedral, but guide not very clear so missed quite a lot of history /facts.

We did the Island Tour and enjoyed the Coach ride through the Mountains. Thrilling and scary in some places but confident of our safety with the skilled driver. Our guide was helpful and knowledgable and made sure that everyone was accounted for at the different stops. Likewise our guide on our Cathedral visit to Palma. One point I would make. Both trips with TUI were multi lingual but we did see that other Tours were exclusively for British or German visitors. This would have been preferable.

Trip was fine, but got off to a bad start when the bus didn't come on time. When bus arrived, it was 40 mins late according to our itinerary, howevertour guide insisted it was on time. We had not been informed of new time

Palma is a lovely city and the Cathedral is extremely beautiful and worth seeing. My only problem was the guided tour of the Cathedral seemed rushed and there wasn't enough time to really explore it. Also we couldn't hear the guide very well as the party we were in was quite large and he had started talking every time before the whole group had arrived. May be better to hand out a paper guide with explanations about various parts of the Cathedral so people can follow what he is saying.

Palma was a nice city but didn’t have many options for authentic lunch/drinks for a first timer. As we were reliant on the tour guide we ended up just eating in the main square which was nice enough. The cathedral tour was just long enough and v informative and our guide was great. I was disappointed in the tour of the old town which was mainly pointing at doors in back streets. I think I was just expecting a bit more from Palma- for us it was just ok. Very long drive from our resort.

We really enjoyed the free time in palma, there was plenty of time for sightseeing etc. The tour guide was very helpful making sure we were all comfortable with the travel arrangements for our return journey.
