Erkunden Sie diese faszinierende Region auf die einzige, authentische Art - auf dem Rücken eines Kamels.Die Dünen sind eine Landschaft aus hügeligem Sand, die im Laufe der Jahrtausende von den Passatwinden des Atlantiks geformt wurde. Sie reiten entlang eines sorgfältig angelegten Pfades, der das Ökosystem respektiert. Es gibt kaum ein aufregenderes Erlebnis, als auf einem Kamel durch die Dünen zu reiten.Die Sanddünen von Maspalomas sind Teil eines Naturschutzgebietes, das sich über eine Fläche der doppelten Größe Monacos erstreckt. Neben den Dünen gibt es weitere typische Wüstenelemente wie eine von Bäumen gesäumte Oase und endemische Eidechsenarten. Während des 30-minütigen Trekkings werden Sie sich wie in eine Szene aus "Lawrence von Arabien" versetzt fühlen... bis Sie die frische Luft des Atlantiks riechen und den Ozean sehen.

Brilliant experience and the staff was great. It was very cute that all camels had different names and they actually addressed like that, the staff was lovely, very attentive towards us and towards the camels. Also it was very considerate to have a shaded spot for customers to wait for the ride. I would 1000% recommend it

It was great fun, very well organised but relaxed. Some of the younger children were a little afraid of the camels and the getting into & off of the seats but the guys who lead the camels were very helpful.

A little concerned that the wire face masks could be uncomfortable for the camels but other than that, the experience was exceptional. The gentleman from Senegal was very polite and lovely. Even put my head scarf on for me. I would do this again. Very organised but need a little more detail of how to get there as the taxi dropped us at the main round a bout.

Lovely 45 minute dune ride, would definitely do again. Only downside is it said rides go from 9:30, when we arrived at around this time there was already big queues, it appeared that rides had been going from 9:00. We’d have aimed for that time had we known.

We really enjoyed everything friendly staff well behaved camels nice steady stroll through the sand dunes. Wasn't sure at first when booked but can't fault anything. We got there before 9am so was on the first run out of camels. Takes about 45mins to go round. Excellent experience well worth it??????

Great activity. My 4 year old loved it. Staff are friendly and treat the camels really nicely. No issues at all with safety. The whole thing took about 1 hr including waiting time, we only waited for 10 mins. However, I hear it gets much busier in the summer so aim for off peak times. There's a nice beach nearby so pack your swimming costumes if you're not staying on the beach; and there's a small natural reserve with lovely views. I hope this helps.

Staff and Camels were faultless. Ride was a little hard on the ********** but that goes with the territory!!! Well worth the trip. Fantastic value for money. Highly recommended. Will definitely be doing again..Well done to everyone concerned. And Juan (the camel)

We loved this experience so much! Yes..get there early..thanknyoubto the tui rep who recommended bthis....its so worth it as everybody gets there before its gets hot..camels are so amazing and we feel so lucky to have had this opportunity! Photos are ready speedily .The toilets are the only thing that you need to be brave for. ..recommend hand sanitiser and take tissues...but apart from that have a super ride!

Good value 30min ride on camel across dunes. Staff were friendly and helped to take pictures. Camel are well controlled by the staff members too. Only downside is long wait as it can get busy. Arrived at 11am but need to wait for 12.30pm slot. They will give you a paper with time slot and you can come back later at the specified time.

Very lovely friendly staff very helpful and funny. Amazing walk through dunes and lovely personality to the camels who seem well looked after. Only one small thing was that the tui app didn't let us book a time slot. So would recommend getting there early before first ride when it's cooler. Otherwise you may have to wait for second ride slot.

The experience itself didn't disappoint. The camel ride was amazing and the views and the experience was exciting. The instructions of how to get there and what to do when you arrive were non existent. There was no mention of having to walk down on off track road for quite a while to get there, no very stroller/kid friendly and there were hardly any signs to direct you. The man at the front desk was abrupt and rude and we got there at 10am and waited about 30-40 minutes before actually riding.

Wonderful experience but the only complaint I would have is no transport provided and it was quite a trek from anywhere so very costly for a taxi there and back,but this didn't take anything away from the actual camel ride.

It was very well organised and the staff were friendly. A thoroughly enjoyable experience for young and old. We got there for the first trip of the day around 9.30am, which I would recommend as it gets very busy. Maybe a little information about the camels before you start the trip would’ve been good. Highly recommend this trip.

Asiakaspalvelu oli todella ystävällistä. Kokemus oli kaiken kaikkiaan ikimuistoinen. Reitti oli sopivan pituinen ja nähtävyydet kauniita. Olisi plussaa jos kamelien istuimilla olisi pehmusteet, sillä penkki oli hieman kova.

Mainoksessa oli, että kamelisafari olisi dyyneillä. No oli, mutta ihan hiekka-hiekkadyyneillä ei oltu, eikä esim.merta näkynyt reitiltä. Kamelit kulkivat tehtyä 'tietä' pitkin, mikä varmaan oli turvallisuusjuttu... Mutta ihan mukava kokemus.

it was myself, my two kids and my mum. It was amazing experience. The kids had so much fun. We booked tickets online and when we arrived just before opening we had to queue (30mins) which was not a problem. We were then given time slot and had to wait another 1,5h for our turn which was not ideal with two kids. We still enjoyed it. All staff there was very lovely.

Amazing experience enjoyed every moment of it. Be prepared to have a long wait but we went and found a local cafe and had a couple of drinks and then went back, so made the most out of the time there. Facilities are not brilliant but if you go off site while you wait for your slot wasn't an issue for us. Camels and staff were brilliant, professional and clear on instructions and the camels were so well behaved and appeared to be well looked after by the staff,a nice bond between them.

Very friendly and helpful staff. When camel stood up my nephew got scared and started crying but a staff member took time to make him feel safe and comfortable. By the end of the ride my nephew wanted to take camel back home with him.

Great fun once we got on the camels. Couldn't book in advance so got a taxi from the hotel early to secure an early slot. There are no signs to the camel place through the dunes!! We still arrived early but it was very chaotic and disorganised and were given the last slot of the day and had to go off for about four hours to fill in the time. Would do it again but not there.

Got there at 9.30, had to wait 30 mins to get to front of queue and were told that had to wait 2 hours for safari as everyone turned up at same time. People in queue withNo pre booked ticket were turned away at front of queue as so busy. Guides were fantastic. Only 1 toilet and 1 payment water drink machine. Great experience

The good stuff… it’s close to the beach so you can make a day of it, the tour it self is about an hour and it’s a lovely walk through the dunes. The guides are great with kids and make sure they are safe going up as well as down. Photos are cheap only €5. Not so great… having pre booked the trip we were there for 9:30am as we thought with kids earlier the better with the heat. We were disappointed to be told that the earliest was 1pm and it threw our plans out for the day.

It was the best, the camel workers don’t annoy you they leave you to sit their and enjoy it with your friend, they are very friendly and take photos for you when asked. The camels looked happy, but beware of the rust on the seats because it stained my favourite dress

Gorgeous views on our trip through the dunes. Did not feel rushed and felt you got value for money time wise. Liked the value for money in terms of being able to buy photos of the experience as well as offering to take photos using our our phones whilst on the camel ride. Only negative was unable to obtain drinks from the vending machine, although this was being rectified later on.

Enjoyable experience. Leader on phone the whole time a little off putting ( guide not the camel) Got a couple of photos to proof we went on safari. See another nomad tribe on the way back to camp. Only disappoint was that we did not see a single pyramid. Camels looked well and happy.
