Unfortunately we didn't get to the tour. The website had changed the date while I was updating the collection point and booked it for a time I wasn't in Malta. While it is my mistake that I did not notice the change, I am concerned about the fault on the website functionality and the booking not linking to when I am in the country. I'm sorry for the disruption to the Experience team, and have lost money in a tour that could not be taken. I have booked again for the right month.

We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and thought the guide was first rate. He mixed humour with knowledge and kept us all engaged. There was some chaos around arrival at the ferry terminal (and I appreciate it was very busy). The group - or some members of it were separated from the driver that brought us to the terminal and there was confusion about what to do and where to go. Once we were allocated to our guide everything went smoothly and we were well attended to throughout the rest of our trip.

The ferry crossings were quick and easy since it was in low season (Nov) in Malta as there were not much queue at the ferry terminal, and return journey was a breeze. Our Maltese lady guide was very professional and clearly passionate about Malta especially her hometown Gozo. The whole trip was over 9 hours door to door but we had sufficient time to explore in each location so we didn't feel we were rushed. The lunch in Xlendi can be improved but the omelette and ice-cream were delightful.

I just want to thank Josephine today for what turned into a 14 hour trip. We didn't get a chance to say thank you for an interesting and caring tour as we had an eventful day from 4.30pm onwards due to a bomb scare at the port. The trip I found a good introduction to Gozo and I liked how Josephine often mentioned the social aspect of living on the Maltese islands. The lunch was pleasant enough and best to eat it as you never know what may happen to delay your return to Malta as we found out!

Somewhat chaotic at the meeting point at the ferry owing to the large numbers. Similarly on the return trip sorting out transport back to hotels. Once the group was sorted, an excellent itinerary & day’s arrangement.

Well organised tour of the interesting areas of Gozo. Lunch was wonderful. Only 1 small issue for me is that too much free time at the town stop for shopping and not enough time at the other parts of interest. I believe that this was purely down to the coach driver’s school run. Other than that, a very good value for money day out. Well recommended.

Pick up was on time although when we got to the ferry terminal there as a lot of waiting with no explanation, our guide eventually arrived however we had already missed the ferry we ment to catch so we missed at least 45 minutes on the island which meant the day ended up being rush. On the return the guide missed the ferry and we had to wait the other side so again we had a 45 minutes wait before we could return to our hotel

The information given by the guide was excellent but the tour itself seemed to zig zag across Gozo, doubling back on ourselves and was rushed, the guide was stretched for time at each location and I felt that it would have been beneficial to have more time in Victoria and miss out craft shops for example.

Our Guide was very knowledgeable and brought the local history to life with insightful and detailed information throughout the day. We even managed to get into the coach without getting too wet thanks to our driver bringing the coach nearer to the restaurant, when a thunderstorm broke just after lunch! Many thanks to our guide and coach driver for making it an enjoyable day.

The coach pick up and allocation to groups at the ferry port seemed quite chaotic on the way out and back. We were worried we were directed to the wrong bus/group. The guide Sandra was very knowledgeable, approachable and switched effortlessly between English, German and Dutch.

Good tour but i have to say that the guide was not very good. She didn't make it particularly interesting and just spoke parrot fashion. Also, it was a very hot day and she didn't give us timings etc. For example, we went on a walking tour of Victoria in the heat of the day and she didn't tell us how long we would be walking....as a result we were on our last legs completely, and then discovered there was more walking back to the coach. In searing heat It was very difficult for some people.

We enjoyed the whole tour and were amazed at the Ggantija temples. It was wonderful to be able to go inside the temple. We enjoyed the opportunity to see quite a bit of the island of Gozo.. The lunch provided was pasta folllowed by chicken and then ice-cream - an alternative was available, along with a glass of wine if desired. We went to the inland sea and did a boat tour to look in the caves and see the blue coral under the sea (small additional cost 4 euros pp). We enjoyed the views from the Victoria citadel and the short ferry ride to Gozo taking in the views of Comino The pick up and drop off to the hotel worked well although it took longer to return than anticipated due to the bank holiday.

The guide was very knowledgeable. Enjoyed the tour. The lunch however was awful. Overcooked pasta. Tasteless chicken. Everyone at my table was of the same opinion about the food. Would have preferred it if we had been given an hour to get our own lunch.

The guide was fantastic very knowledgeable in all area’s. But for a day trip you only really got to see two places and a craft market. lunch was rushed and the food was not of a good standard. Not enough time at the citadel, which was a shame.

The boat to Gozo drove so fast so many guests were very wet at the end. That was no fun for a seightseeing.
The jeep was old, driver nice, but there was a bad smell of the car always inside. Visited many places, also to taste and buy stuff.
Only 20 minutes time for the temple ,10 for cittadelle.
