The tour was very good but a long day in a very cramped minibus. The back row of seats were unusable in my opion as there was no leg room & the seat in front was so close you felt very claustrophobic.. two people got off immediately & didn't join the tour & the bus was still cramped.

The experience itself was enjoyable, but the transport was very disappointing. This was sold as a tour, so you would expect to be able to sit comfortably and have a clear view out of the window. Instead, the vehicle was not a coach at all but a cramped minibus, and the back seats had neither legroom nor windows. It became a scramble to re-board each time, as two guests kept changing seats. They were not familiar with the usual rule that once you have chosen a seat on a tour, it remains yours.

Had to sit at back of mini bus squashed and knees banging hard on seat in front. After a few minutes we were in pain and had to get off at the stop in Argostoli. Rep had told us it would be a bus and not a mini which was not fit for purpose. When we explained the situation to our rep he doubted we would be reimbursed and later that day left a note to confirm this. Not the sort of treatment expected from TUI.

It would be nice to have a little bit longer in Aghia Efamia. To eat lunch, do a bit of souvenir shopping and walk the seafront in an hour is a bit hectic. 1 1/2 hrs would make it easier.

Our guide Maria was exceptional very knowledgeable very passionate and very engaging...we had plenty of time at all stops and never felt rushed ....the driver was also really good the roads are pretty precarious but not once did we feel unsafe .... I cannot recommend this trip highly enough and it was all the better for Maria

We have been on many Tui trips in the past and love them. We consider it to be a most on our holidays. However, with this trip we found it very overpriced and had to pay to go into the caves separately. In the past the fee has covered entry into places like an Olive press museum and includes food and tasters. With this trip there was no food and added extras. So the expensive price just covered the bus and tour guide

Our guide Elene (I've probably spelt it wrong) was amazing! Super knowledgeable about Kefalonia and really friendly. She coordinated the trip fantastically and made sure we missed the crowds. The palces themselves were great (2nd time we've been). Good value and highly recommendable imho.

The cost for the trip was £100 for 2 adults, we then had to pay for entry into the 2 caves which was €16 each, we then had to pay for lunch in a highly priced stop off resort. The only saving grace was the lovely tour lady who was very knowledgeable and professional and only she can get credit for this excursion.

Unfortunately the day didnt start well we were due to be picked up @8.30 from the Palatino hotel the coach hadnt ariived i received a call from Kelly to say the pick up had been changed to a point on the main road a few minutes walk away. Apparently because we had booked online the new pick up hadnt ben updated although we had checked with George at our welcome meeting thatt pick up was still the same. It wasnt a big issue for us but obviously communication needs improving.

Nowhere on the tui booking information does it say you have to pay to go into each cave. It only tells you on the ticket once you have paid. This is deceptive and needs to be made clear before you pay. The trip cost £50 each which is basically the coach transport. It was another €16 each for the caves.

It was extremely hot on the day of our tour. Unfortunately, the coach looked old and the air con, whilst it worked, didn't get down to actually blow down on us to keep us cool. We felt very uncomfortable whilst on the coach. The rep assured us that the coaches had air con. Whilst the tour was very good, we were very disappointed with the coach especially the air con.

Overall the trip was enjoyable. Tour guide was very informative and knowledgeable. The island is absolutely stunning and so picturesque! Would not however say it was worth the money. Rather overpriced for a bus tour and even had to pay for entrance to cave and lake. Sorry but they are a real money making racket. Bus air conditioning wasn't great and it was 36° on our day trip. Cost 3 of us £200 which is a bit steep in my opinion.

The tour route was changed and we had to sit on the bus for 2 hours .During this period we had a very short 5 minute break to get off the bus to take pictures of Myrtos beach which was mainly obscured by people and trees. We stopped in fiskardo for 1 hour which was enough time for a wander and drink. We then went to Agia Effimia. As we got off the coach we were herded into a restaurant for lunch no choice just shouted at take a table. I could not hear or understand anything the tour guide said.

The whole trip was very good and well organised. We were picked up on time, the coach was clean and comfortable. The tour guide was fantastic, she was a wealth of knowledge and was an excellent guide throughout. The driver was very good and negotiated the tight spaces well, I felt safe while we were travelling.

We enjoyed the caves/lakes the most, they were amazing. There was tighter time schedules for some places more than others, for example there was longer time for the lunch at the taverna which wasn’t needed as food finished earlier and there wasn’t much to do in the little village.

We were told that we were being picked up at 9.15. At 10.00 we phone the rep to find out that had happened. It appears that our coach had been cancelled but no one had contacted us or her even though you had our email address. When the coach arrived at 10.25 we had to sit at the back but could hear nothing that the guide said as the speaker volume was low. He may have talked about what would happen at each spot but we could heart nothing. Also his English was not very fluent so there was a l

What a wonderful trip round beautiful Kefalonia made even more enjoyable by the knowledge displayed by our wonderful guide Maria about the history of the Island. Maria is a little gem, friendly and professional and we so enjoyed this trip. Such an amazing trip, guid so informative, beautiful scenery, amazing caves you just can’t miss them, I have two walking sticks and thought I would give it a go as I may never get another chance and so pleased I did, just take your time, wonderful experience.

Tour guide Eleni was excellent and Demetri the driver was also great. Tour was informative and visited beautiful locations. Lake Mellisani was a real highlight! Would definitely recommend.

This was a great day from start to finish Diamond was friendly very informative and had lots of knowledge about Kefalonia and places we visited The scenery was stunning driving to each destination and the time spent at each stop was just right Would definately recommend this tour

Our tour guide Maria (?) was excellent and very knowledgeable about the area and history of Kefalonia. The caves were amazing and Fiskardo was beautiful. We had plenty of time to enjoy all the stops and the day went by really quickly. The scenery was gorgeous.

Beautiful trip a must for everyone. TUI rep was brilliant really helpful knowledgable and informative. She told us all the islands history fascinating. The views and caves are stunning just would go like slinger in the boat on the lake and prove of caves included but other than that def best trip to see the island and al its beauty

Our TUI rep Nikolaos, was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the trip and helped us to choose the one we wanted. Nikolaos also helped us with local info information for foods to try and local restaurants. Something an AI couldn’t do! Our Tour guide on the trip, was fantastic, Diska, gave us so much local information and history, kept us informed in between stops, which also included recommending the best restaurants at one of the stops. She looked after us throughout the entire trip

This trip was amazing from start to finish. The sights that we were taken on by our very lovely and informative guide Maria were perfect and everything we wanted to see in Greece. Maria’s knowledge and passion of Kefalonia was vast. My two children learnt so much knowledge and history from listening to Maria throughout the tour, so much so we have recommended she do her own podcast. Keep hold of Maria TUI she is an asset to your team and taught us so much on our trip.
