There are two options to choose from: one with pick-up and one without. If you choose the pick-up option, please call the local operator at least 48 hours before the tour to confirm your pick-up time. You will find the contact information in the voucher after booking
Cruise time is between 8.30 pm and 10.30 pm. If you choose the no pick-up: please be at the meeting point at 8.00 pm to board on time. If you choose the pick-up option: pick-up time is between 6.00 pm and 7.30 pm (depending on your location)
There will be a supplement of 37 AED per person for the following pick-up areas: Jebel Ali, Expo Site location, The Villa, Motor City, Arabian Ranches, Dubai Investment Park, Al Qudra and Al Badayer
Please note that there is a minimum of 2 adults per booking for the option with transfer
Infants (age 0-2): free admission and do not need a ticket

Laut Buchungsbestätigung sollten wir um 18:00 vom Hotel Atlantis abgeholt werden. Zuvor hatten wir mehrfach versucht unter der Notfallnr. hierfür eine Bestätigung zu bekommen, diese Rufnr. war nicht besetzt. Ein Rückruf erfolgte nicht. Um 18:00 warteten wir vergeblich auf Abholung. Ein hilfreicher Hotel-Mitarbeiter konnte schließlich die nicht angekündigte Abholzeit 18:45 in Erfahrung bringen.

De boottocht was heel leuk ! Maar de locatie was verkeerd aangegeven dus konden we de locatie een uur niet vinden . Waardoor we bijna te laat waren . Verder stond onze reservering er niet bij . Waardoor we oook nog moesten bellen met iemand van tui wat ons geld heeft gekocht wat niet nodig was .

Es war ein schöner Abend, das Essen war gut, auch wenn das Buffet an Bord natürlich überschaubar war.(Wein nicht inklusive) Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Fahrt am Creek interessant. Vielleicht hätte ich mir noch eine etwas spektakulärere Skyline gewünscht.
