With water reaching waist height, you're encouraged to breathe through a regulator while kneeling in the water. Following this, you're asked to lie flat and practise diving at the bottom, allowing you to get accustomed to the sensation.When you feel ready and at ease, the actual dive commences. Initially, an instructor will accompany you for reassurance, but eventually, you'll have the freedom to explore independently. You'll be shown the typical plant and animal life of the lake, have photos taken of your experience, and finally, return to the surface.
