Frühaufsteher, die gerne das Beste aus dem Vormittag herausholen möchten, werden von der zweistündigen Wanderung in das Atlasgebirge begeistert sein. Ein erfahrener Ausflugsleiter führt die Gruppe durch Taghrat Quankrim in der Nähe von Agadir.In den frühen Morgenstunden zieht die Gruppe los Richtung Atlasgebirge, um die hohen Temperaturen der Mittagssonne zu meiden. Auf dem Weg halten wir im Dorf Alma, um dort die herrliche Aussicht zu genießen und später auch in der grünen Oase Tamzargout, um dort schöne Aufnahmen zu machen. In Aksri, einer typischen Berbersiedlung, steht ein traditionelles Frühstück für uns bereit, um die Batterien für die nächste Etappe aufzuladen.Von hier aus führt ein Wanderweg zwei Stunden lang durch zerklüftete Schluchten entlang herrlicher Gipfel in die felsige Ebene im Tal des Paradieses. Eine hervorragende Gelegenheit, das Atlasgebirge aus der Nähe zu sehen und die Ruhe der Natur zu genießen.

The guide was great and had a wealth of knowledge. Saw a lot of the non tourist country. Where people were living. Only minus was that I would have liked to walk into the mountain more.

The tour was very good with a moderate bit of trekking, mainly through a traditional Atlas mountain agricultural valley which was very scenic. The guide Abdul was excellent. The Berber breakfast is genuine but all I will say is have a breakfast before you go on the trip! Expensive for a half day compared to most of the Moroccan day trips.

The trek itself was excellent. Only big disappointment was the breakfast. For what we paid for the excursion I expected a full Moroccan breakfast, orange juice, bread and dips, Moroccan porridge, omelette etc. We got tea, bread and dips, nothing else! I was hungry the whole morning. I had better moroccan breakfasts each day at the marina.

Great length of tour for half a day with lovely guide and driver. Perfect if not an experienced trekker as not too strenuous but must be agile. lovely scenery and photo stops along with souvenir shopping from local produce makers. As booked trip in uk had to check day before if trip was running as some trips may be cancelled which was only downside so had to use holiday time to check. Overall a lovely escape into the Atlas Mountains worth doing .

Out guide was really great very humorous and full of local information. We had a lovely breakfast at a restaurant with an outdoor pool. Great experience to see the local ladies making Argan oil products. Good fun haggling over local gifts too. Mountains and views were great. You see paradise valley too so would not need to do this as a separate trip also. We were a family of four with two teenagers and all thoroughly enjoyed this trip.

Fantastic traditional breakfast to start followed by a 2 hour trek through the mountains (around 5km). Beautiful views along the way and a very informative guide Rashid. I would highly recommend this tour.

Need a head for heights. Very steep drop one side of the mountains with no fencing or railings to hold onto. Also as we were descending another group were ascending making a narrow path even narrower. Guide was amazing and held my hand on the way down. Amazing scenery and interesting commentary.

Enjoyed From start to finish Guide Rashid talked us through points of local interest, local history and lead us through villages and tracks on the mountains.stops for best views information on the trees bearing fruits etc. (thanks to Mohamed our driver always at hand) Two Breakfast stops and all the info on the Argan Berger house visit. Total walking approx 2 hours I was 1st pick up at 8 return for 2.30 for me last out. Over all stunning to experience just a small section of a vast range

This was a brilliant trip and a great way to explore the Atlas Mountains.
Picked up at hotel. Stopped on route for a short break and then breakfast. Around a 2 hour trek but we went for the longer option. Amazing views and scenery.
Tour guide had great knowledge and was happy to answer questions.

Really nice little trip, not really a 2 hour track. You spend quite a bit of time actually on the bus, but the views are good. If you do this trip don't do the paradise valley trip as well because you pretty much go there too,

The tour guide was extremely knowledgable and friendly, however, the experience was not as advertised. The views and the cultural aspects were well worth the visit, the landscape was beautiful. On the other hand, we did not receive breakfast until 10.30, and not allergy friendly. The trek itself lasted roughly an hour, but was advertised as two. The advertisement was rather misleading with what it included, however the atlas mountain are definitely worth a visit.
