Transfer was easy to use and everything was on time. The aquarium is quite small, we got round it in an hour after only being given two hours there which for an hour transfer each way is a long time for not a lot. There is other things there for an additional cost. The wax museum was included which was hilariously bad quality. Everything else is an additional €15-20 each which for a family could make it a very expensive day for not a lot to see. The aquarium tunnel was fantastic though.

The aquarium was well worth the visit. Lots to see and not too crowded which was a bonus. The added ticket to the 'face to face' (celebrity waxwork figures) was ok but didn't really look like the famous celebrities and was very short. Had to pay extra for the 4D cinema experience. Received a discount through guide but feel this should have been included in overall price. But overall, enjoyed the half day experience.

It is a good half day trip , the kids enjoyed the fishes . It’s is clubbed with the wax museum which is ok it would have been great if the aquarium and the wild life parks could be clubbed .

The aquarium itself was ok. Pretty standard but there was a nice cafe and a few bits to do for a few hours. There was no point booking through TUI. We had a driver that spoke no English in a minibus with no aircon who drove like he’d stolen it. Luckily one of the passengers on the bus spoke English and Turkish so explained where we were to meet the driver at the end, otherwise I’d have had no clue. I’d advise going with another provider or getting a taxi if you really want to go…

Onze bus chauffeur reed als een gek door het verkeer. Terwijl de hele bus vol zat en wij met een kindje van 9 maanden op schoot zaten. Ook stond er dat het 2 tot 4u zou duren. Daarom hadden wij dit gekozen ivm onze dochter. Dit was ook niet zo we zijn om half 9 op gehaald voordat we terug waren was het na half 3 met een kind dat over vermoeid was. Op de heen we stopte hij bijna 20 min omdat hij naar wc moest. Op de terug weg bedacht hij ineens dat we 10 min gingen stoppen bij een benzine pomp.

Booked online for the trip to Aquarium and Wax Museum. Pick up was on time, excellent clean modern coach with air con and a lovely tour guide with great English. Aquarium was worth the visit although be prepared to be hassled for the picture buying opportunities. Would highly recommend company

Too expensive for what it is only had two hours and not all parts are included which it should be for the price you pay. Not good value for money. Also the driver didn’t speak a word of English and his driving was horrific even though we had children on the bus

Not enough time to do everything stood in queue for tickets to see reptiles for 25 min 40 euros for 2 adults and 1child it too 5 minutes to walk round trip not good value for Money

The aquarium itself was great and we had a lovely time. The driver was dangerous driving aggressively, tailgating the vehicle in front and overtaking unnecessarily. He was constantly on his phone and paid no attention to any safety needs. He also allowed a child around the age of 4 to stand with his face wedge between the drivers and passengers chairs for the entire drive there and back. We arrived at the meeting point at the end of the trip and the driver didn't even leave the vehicle to assure us we were in the correct place. He then completely missed the turning for our hotel and only went back when we shouted that he was going the wrong way.

Was ok but not long enough plus you had to pay for other activities inside which should be included in the price , it’s very expensive for what you got , spent 1 1/2 hours sat waiting for the coach to pick us up because it was not long enough inside .
