Hanoi Outskirts Bike Tour

Leaving the busy streets of Hanoi behind, this morning cycling tour takes you out into the surrounding countryside, along the back roads and narrow streets. You'll see farmers at work, a bonsai garden, bridges and a local market before rounding off the tour with a coffee at West Lake.After a quick safety briefing, you'll strap on your helmet and pedal off into the countryside surrounding Hanoi. You'll wind through the Old Quarter, and past Hanoi's oldest bridge, the Long Bien, before you reach our first main stop, a bonsai garden, to learn about this intricate art. Then, you'll cycle to a home of a famous local artist before continuing along the banks of Red River.On the way, you'll visit a temple where you'll hopefully catch the Hau Dong ritual performance, one of the features of Mother Goddess worship. Continue on to a local market for a real insight into Vietnamese culture, before riding past fields of colourful flowers along Red River where you'll wind up at West Lake for a cup of coffee or green tea.
