This unique walking tour promises to take you behind-the-scenes and showcases a huge array of beautiful sets, costumes and props. You’ll learn some closely guarded secrets about the special effects and animatronics behind this movie magic and see what has made these films so popular all over the world.Step onto Platform 9 ¾ and venture inside the original Hogwarts Express steam engine. This permanent exhibit gives visitors the chance to climb aboard the train and pose with a luggage trolley as it disappears through the iconic platform wall. The scenes featuring the working train were shot at the Studios including the last scene in which grown-up Harry, Ron and Hermione wave their own children off to Hogwarts.Enter the all new Gringotts Wizarding Bank of Diagon Alley and discover the magical treasures within. You’ll visit Bellatrix Lestrange’s vault to find the Sword of Gryffindor and Helga Hufflepuff’s Cup, one of Voldemort’s many Horcruxes. Then, you can snap a unique photo surrounded by thousands of pieces of magical treasure… unless the goblins find you first! Your tour doesn’t end there. You’ll step inside the Great Hall, explore Dumbledore’s office and discover never-before-seen treasures as you step onto the famous cobbles of Diagon Alley and check out the iconic shop fronts. Während des Transfers konnte man sich eine kommentierte Version des ersten Harry Potter Films anschauen. Die Zeit zum Erkunden der Ausstellung war ausreichend, wir hatten am Ende 1h übrig und uns dann noch hingesetzt und etwas gegessen. Super schöne Ausstellung. Viele interessante Eindrücke und Einblicke hinter die Kulissen.

Die Tour war super. Für Potter-Fans definitiv ein muss. Das frisch gezapfte Butterbier war ein Traum. Die Eindrücke, das Equipment einfach super. Das einzige was ich negativ bewerten würde, man hat zu wenig Zeit. Der angegebene Zeitraum bis zum Rücktransport mit dem Bus war definitiv zu kurz. Man muss teilweise anstehen bis man bestimmte Dinge sehen konnte, und da die Zeit knapp wurde, mussten wir am Ende einiges ohne zu Betrachten durchlaufen. Das war etwas traurig.

Extrem voll! Aufenthalt mit 4 Std. viel zu kurz. Der Film HP 1.Teil der im Bus laufen sollte, dauernd unterbrochen, Bild verrutscht, obwohl Sprachauswahlmöglichkeit, nur englisch. Keine Erklärung oder Infos zur Tour, den Studios, oder wie das dort abläuft. Nur die Abfahrtszeit durchgegeben. Für diesen Preis besseres erwartet. Vor Ort kann man Audioguide leihen, der einen meist durch die Studios führt, sehr empfehlenswert, da viele Infos. 5 £. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter in Studios.

I would definitely do this again! The only reason I didn't mark excellent is because of the delay in getting there do to the protestors. I know it is not Golden Tours fault but there was no plan or ETA. Luckily we made it!

Bei Buchung wurden 2 Abfahrtsorte genannt (KingsCross sowie Victoria), erst nach langem Mailverkehr mit Tuimusement konnte das geklärt werden. Vor Ort war es ein tolles Erlebnis, nur die Gastronomie war extrem überteuert und leider auch nicht gut.

Gut: Studio Tour war super. Mit Kind 11 Jahre perfekt. Im Bus lief der Film leider schlecht (Qualität, mit Unterbrechung) und nur auf Englisch (kein Deutsch für Kind). Kann nicht komplett gesehen werden. Relativ teuer! Einige Angebote Zusatzkosten.

Bevestiging bericht/ticket mail is onduidelijk geen meeting point , iets met destination in mijn geval Kingcross echter bij waar staat anders adres Victoria .
Zou daags ervoor info krijgen, niet gehad.
Naar Victoria gegaan ( moest dus Kingcross zijn) , wel goed geholpen.

Superbe visite avec mes sœurs, période décoration Halloween vraiment jolies, c'est bien fait ! La présentation est top, les expositions sont belles à regarder, le car est à l'heure et le décor est sympa.

Non ho davvero parole, un'esperienza che va oltre ogni immaginazione. Arrivati lì ci dicono che abbiamo 5 ore a disposizione. Pensavamo fossero troppe ed invece alla fine non siamo nemmeno riusciti a pranzare. Un giorno davvero da favola.

Es inadmisible que en la página web se indique expresamente que la hora que aparece en el ticket es la de la entrada al parque, y que hay que tenerlo en cuenta, ya que el autobús sale una hora y media antes.
Estuvimos una hora y media antes de la hora que indicaba el ticket. Esperamos 2 h a salir.

La visite du studio était vraiment super. Cependant, le bus de Golden Tours est arrivé avec 1 heure de retard (17h au lieu de 16h), et on nous avait informé d'un départ à 22 h alors que nous sommes partis à 22h30 : nous avons eu le sentiment de ne pas avoir pris le temps pour profiter de tout.

Vanaf aankomst bij de studio bleek dat onze kaartjes nog bij de balie opgehaald moesten worden en dus niet klaar lagen. In de mail van TUI is ons verteld dat er 3.5 uur na aankomst een bus terug zou rijden, wij moesten bijna 5 uur wachten voor we weer terug mochten naar Londen. Het personeel van Golden Tours op locatie was niet op de hoogte van de eerste bus die terug ging, er werd ons beloofd dat dit zou worden gechecked maar we hebben haar nooit meer gezien. Overal een slechte service.

You are essentially paying 150% more to get a ticket and transport. Very expensive but the Harry Potter Studio Tour (which is self led) is sooo good you won’t want to miss out.
Give yourself plenty of time to shop for the excellent souvenirs and gifts at the shop at the end of the tour.

Al momento dell'acquisto abbiamo selezionato come orario le 15, il sito lascia intendere che quello sia l'orario di ingresso agli studios, quindi noi ci siamo presentati al ritrovo alle 13, per scoprire che l'orario che avevamo scelto in realtà era la partenza da Londra.

Los estudios de grabación y todas las instalaciones del parque son una verdadera delicia para los amantes de Harry Potter.
En cuanto a la empresa de transporte por bus, el trato fue nefasto y solo nos pusieron las pantallas en funcionamiento a la ida, pero no a la vuelta.

The tour was excellent but the musement.com gives wrong information about the time you have to be at the buses. The time you book refers to the time the bus starts from Victoria, not to the start of the tour (at the studio). I asked twice and I received twice a wrong answer!!! Pls fix it!

Wir hatten Schwierigkeiten die Abfahrtsstelle zu finden, Einheimische wussten auch nicht wo das sein sollte, erst nach telefonischer Nachfrage bei Golden Tours wurde die Abfahrtstelle gefunden unter der Brücke kleines Glashäuschen. Es gab auch bei der Rückfahrt das Problem den richtigen Bus für die Rückfahrt zu finden , Abfahrtszeit war bekannt man konnte aber am Bus nicht feststellen welcher Bus zu welcher Abfahrtstelle fuhr dadurch stieg man dann an einer andren Stelle aus.

Rien à dire sur les studios. Par contre, Musement n'est pas clair du tout. Nous avons réservé pour 12h et, à la lecture, on devait prendre le car à 10h. J'ai écrit à Musement et Goldentours, comme réponse, j'ai reçu un tableau avec les différents horaires. Nous sommes arrivés deux heure trop tôt.
