If you are looking for an exhilarating ride, this 4-hour rafting trip on the Sunwapta river is for you!‘Sunwapta' is the Stoney Indian term for ‘turbulent river' and this river lives up to its name. With a steep gradient and numerous rapids, this is Jasper's wild water rollercoaster ride. You'll raft the only class 3 rapids located fully within Jasper National Park and enjoy spectacular scenery and good wildlife opportunities.

What to remember
Rafting difficulty: Class 3
Rafters on Class 3 rivers must weigh a minimum of 90 lb/41 kg
This tour does not require any previous experience and is suited for physically active individuals
The minimum age is 12 years old
Minors (under age 18) must be accompanied by an adult on the river
The rafts can accommodate 6 to 8 passengers
This tour operates in all weather conditions
If the minimum of passengers is not reached, the tour will be canceled and you will be offered a refund or reschedule
The exact tour duration is subject to variations due to traffic conditions
