What to expect
Join a kayak and snorkel tour through the mangroves around Lac Cai beach. With glass-bottom kayaks, you can experience the beauty of this incredible area in a unique way!Start at Lac Cai beach and follow your guide as you paddle to the mangrove. Admire the breathtaking sceneries around you and look down through the glass bottom of your kayak. Paddle through the mangrove tunnels and spot various types of birds. Enjoy a snorkel break in one of the mangrove tunnels and observe the countless types of fish, corals and sponges.The mangroves are protected and part of the RAMSAR treaty as they are the birthplace of various types of animals. Back on Lac Cai beach, you can enjoy a bit of fruit punch with a snack Your guide will show you a place to spot turtles, here you can snorkel on your own.

Please meet your guide at Lac Cai Beach at 13:00 (1 pm). First you will pass by the Mangrove Center, continue driving until you see the mountains with the conch-shells.

Communicatie vanuit Tui naar partner. Onze afspraak is niet goed doorgekomen en stonden daar voor niets. ( wel een mooi strandje bij dus zijn we daar maar gebleven). De partner krijgt ook geen ********** van de klanten door, zodat ze niet kunnen bijsturen. Alsnog de volgende dag ingepland, prima opgelost.

Prachtige kajak tour door de mangrove. Op sommige punten uit de kajak om te snorkelen. De gids wist ontzettend veel over de natuur te vertellen. Op de terugweg op het meer veel grote schildpadden gespot. Wat een prachtige middag hebben wij gehad. We komen zeker terug. Eén tip; de weg er naar toe is een uitdaging als je geen 4x4 hebt. De weg kan deels onder water staan.

Het snorkelen stelt niet veel voor. Daar moet je de kajaktour niet voor doen. Het water is zeer troebel. De omgeving is wel mooi.

Het was geweldig, super mooie omgeving. Wel goed insmeren er is niet veel schaduw. Snorkelen was iets minder onder water zag je niet heel veel.

De kayaktocht was leuk en best leerzaam. Door de glazen bodem was het zicht niet heel erg duidelijk. We snorkelden al snel in de Mangrove wat erg leuk was.
