What to expect
This full day 4x4 tour is for designed especially for adventures. You'll journey along dirt roads, mountain passes and through Crete's charming villages as you explore the island's hidden gems and vast panoramic scenery.We'll get stuck straight in with an off-road drive through the rocky mountains of Lefka Ori in western Crete, where winding mountain roads snake their way through immense gorges, plateaus, bubbling rivers and sleepy villages. You'll also stop off at a typical village kafenio – café – for an insight into local life.There's then a break for a typical lunch box. All the way, you'll experience Crete at its purest as you bump down dirt roads and bounce over rocky tracks. We'll drive to photo stops with some of the best views over the island – a real day of exploration.

Der Guide war sehr freundlich und hat uns bestens informiert. Auf den Jeep-Safaris an anderen Orten, die wir vorher bereits mitgemacht haben, gab es fast das gleiche Essen, da würden wir uns etwas mehr Kreativität wünschen

Die Tour hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Man konnte viel abseits des Tourismus entdecken. Das einzige, dass ich zu bemängeln habe, ist, dass der Guide nicht wie versprochen auf Deutsch gesprochen hat. Der Guide hat mit einem Akzent auf Englisch gesprochen, weswegen ich nicht ganz so viel verstanden habe. Der Guide ansich war aber sehr freundlich und kompetent.

Die Tour war insgesamt sehr schön. Wir haben sehr viel von der Landschaft im Landesinneren gesehen. Unser Tourguide hat oft angehalten damit wir Fotos machen konnten und auch gut erklärt was wir gerade sehen und was dort mal war und die Menschen dort leben.
