The venue is mostly accessible to people with reduced mobility or wheelchairs. Wir hatten uns für Herculaneum statt für Pompeji entschieden und wurden nicht enttäuscht! Valeria Matrone nahm uns sehr charmant, kundig und in bestem Deutsch mit auf eine Reise in die römische Vergangenheit. Die 2 Stunden vergingen wie im Flug, können die Führung mit ihr uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Not sure why the train timetable from Sorrento has just been changed so very few direct trains to Herculaneum now - have to change train - seems counterintuitive to encouraging tourists to visit ??

Notre guide "Magdalena" nous a fait découvrir le site de façon très intéressante, sans que cela paraisse trop scolaire et barbant.
D'avoir fait également Pompéi, nous recommandons Herculanum qui est mieux conservé.

Ercolano è stupenda ma è resa ancora più fantastica dalla guida. Purtroppo non mi ricordo il nome ma si sentiva che non lavorava per lo stipendio. Ci siamo stati venerdì 8 ottobre e le due ore di visita si sono trasformate in un viaggio nel tempo.
