We got the ferry from Sorrento and a taxi to the catacombs, got dropped off at the wrong San Gennaro so had to find another taxi with minutes to spare ! TUI could make it very clear on the booking that there are two San Gennaro quite a way apart and also some directions from either the port or metro as you don’t provide the tour from Sorrento Tour was fantastic , staff passionate about the catacombs, saint and neighbourhood. Found our way back to the, port via google maps. Would recommend thi

Heck of a place to try to walk up to from the bottom of the hill with only 30 minutes to make the booking time! Fascinating place, the guide was very good and even allowed us to wander off by ourselves at one point to explore. Very good value experience.

Visita interesante a unas catacumbas bien conservadas y diferentes. La pena que no hagan la visita guiada en español con la cantidad de españoles que nos movemos por la zona. Se entra también, optativamente,a las catacumbas de San Gaudioso y la basílica de Santa María de la Salud. Recomendable.

This was a last minute excursion and very glad we took the time to see the catacombs at San Gennarro. The guide was knowledgeable and answered all of the groups questions. It is a small catacomb, and the tour was just over an hour so perfect way to spend some spare time.

Guide was very nice, she told a lot about the catacombs and let you walk on your own to take pictures. No need to climb a lot of stairs (as in Underground Naples), only to get to the ticket office you have to go down some stairs and to get in the catacombs. To exit you can go through the church.

Der Eintritt beträgt 11€/Erw. und stellt sich im Nachhinein als zu teuer heraus.
Die Führung (in Engisch) war gut, dauerte aber netto (vom Eingang der Katakombe bis Ausgang) nur ca. 45 Minuten.
Der Zustand der Katakombe ist gut, aber es sind eben auch nur leere Grabstellen ohne Beschreibungen.

Ottimo l'accesso al sito e l'accoglienza in reception.
Bellissimo il colpo d'occhio all'arrivo in Catacomba e bella l'uscita in Sanità, uno dei luoghi dove trovi Napoli vera.

Bellissime catacombe cittadine, zona Capodimonte, gestire da una Cooperativa di giovani che le promuove e le mantiene in stato perfetto. Sono molto grandi e la guida preparata e gentile. Con lo stesso biglietto ci si può registrare alle catacombe di San Gaudioso li vicino, visitabili gratis

Scoprire le catacombe di San Gennaro con Raffaella è stato magnifico. Molto preparata e gentile. Altrettanto le catacombe di San Gaudioso con Fabrizio. I ragazzi della cooperativa del rione sanità è proprio il segno di una Napoli che cresce.
