The summit can temporarily close at the discretion of Eiffel staff due to overcrowding, renovation, technical incidents, and security issues. If this happens, and you have selected Eiffel Tour by Elevator + Summit, at the time you receive your tickets from your guide, you will be refunded the summit portion of your ticket
This is not a skip-the-line tour so you must queue to enter and to wait for your tickets. Please be aware that the wait time to purchase tickets can be up to two hours. However, rest assured that your guide will keep you entertained and provide insightful information about the Eiffel Tower while you wait in line together
Per Eiffel Tower rules, if you upgrade your tour to see the summit, you’ll need to visit the summit right after the guided tour ends. Afterward, feel free to explore the other two floors on your way down. The first level of the Eiffel Tower has more exhibits, a glass floor, and occasional pop-ups
The restroom break is about halfway through the tour at the second level

Meet the ExperienceFoundry ground team outside the Eiffel Tower, WITHOUT passing any security screenings. They will be stationed near the trees and benches outside the South Security Entrance (Entrance #1) of the Eiffel Tower on Allée des Refuzniks. The representatives from ExperienceFoundry will be identifiable by their orange hats and signs reading "ExperienceFirst" or "ExperienceFoundry".

We arrived just in time and joined a group. The guides were informative and pretty relaxed. I would say get an early tour so queuing time is less. Timings were good enough info and then we did the summit.

Once up the tower it was ok. Don’t rely on timings, the tour started on time but it was an hour and half before we even got on the tower. Nearly 5 hours in total and we did not hang around it was the queues! Every thing else we planned had to be cancelled. Spectacular views from the summit obviously

We had a great tour with Roshni, she was great remembered names and kept us moving without rushing. We enjoyed that the tour ended up the top so we could further explore, shop and eat before leaving.
TIP - Don't join the queue without the guide, be sure Uber drops at right gate for meet up.

1 Tag vor Termin, bekamen wir per Email eine Bichungsänderung. Diese haben wir nicht gesehen - im Urlaub liest man nicht immer Emails! Die Option Summit war nicht mehr verfügbar. Unser Guide war sehr gut; allerdings hatten wir 1,5 h Wartezeit am Eiffelturm plus Sonne pur - da ist alles schwer.

Pensé que era un Tour a la Torre oficial, pero nos hicieron hacer una cola larga. Además pagamos para llegar hasta arriba y la Guia nos dijo que no se podía por remodelación pero no se podía porque no habían sacado las entradas. No devolvieron el dinero. En resumen una estafa.
