The transfer did not pick us up. The hotel had to order a cab. When we got to the airport no one was there to meet us. We waited in the cue to check in our luggage then someone came to meet us. Other than that it was a good experience.

It was amazing. Exceeded mine and my partners expectations, from meeting the guide at the airport entrance to settling down in the comfortable lounge took around 20 minutes. We zoomed through with ease and the member of staff who accompanied us was so pleasant and professional. This is a definite must have and when we return to turkey next year will be booking this again. Thank you all so much

This was a brilliant experience, it wasn’t cheap but we loved how he were met off the coach and taken to the front of every queue at the airport. We were then escorted to the lounge which was lovely and peaceful. We enjoyed lunch with a glass of wine before we flew home. Would definitely book this again .

This was brilliant. Exceeded our expectations. We had expected to just get access to the VIP lounge and maybe a fast track queue. But instead we were met at the coach drop off point by our personal guide. He saw us straight through check in and security and straight to the lounge. It was like we were some kind of big films stars or sports stars! Others in the queues asking why we were so special to be escorted to the front of the queues and helped through security. Lounge is really nice also.

We were met outside of the airport then we were taken straight through because we were a bit early they still checked our luggage in everything was done with ease &we were Taken to where we had to go all through security &to the lounge we would definitely recommend this experience never been through an airport so quick
