What to expect
Take a quick moment to discover the unmissable areas of the city of Agadir on an 3 hours guided tour, where you will take breathtaking views a the top of the Kasbah on the cable car, and then try your bargaining skills at a Souk El Hed (locals market), all as you learn about the history of this city.At the start of the city tour, you will be driving along the Agadir beach line promenade, then drive up the hill to Agadir Ou-fellah (Agadir hilltop) on the cable car, the city’s 16th-century Saadian Kasbah (Fortress that was built in 1572 ), which offers a complete panoramic view of the whole city and the fishing port.After the Kasbah stop, you will visit the Argan Oil House, where you will get information about a very rare oil, see how the Berber women produce what is known in Europe as a Golden Liquid, and learn how they gather and dry the nuts, roast and grind the kernels and finally extract the pure oil. The final stop before returning to the hotel will be "Souk El Hed" or Sunday Market, which is the largest market in the region. In the local market, you will be given an hour of free time to experience the market on your own.

when get off at the cable car you can only walk round the fort extra to go into the Kasbah and extra to go into the fort only £8 but does not give you much time as only get an hour to get up and down the cable car

The whole experience was very enjoyable. Our driver/guide Abdel was friendly and considerate. The cable car was run efficiently and the views from the top were stunning. Our tour of the city gave us a very good insight of life there. The Suak was buzzing and interesting. Definitely recommend this tour.

Our guide (Omar) was very knowledgeable and courteous, and easily communicated to our group in both French and English. Unfortunately there was some low cloud and haze up at the Kasbah. The visit to both the Mosque and Souk were extremely enjoyable aided by Omar's great explanations and understanding. Thank you.

Der Fahrer kam eine Stunde zu spät. Das Hotel musste ihn erst anrufen. Die Tour mit der Cable Car war interessant und schön. Die Stadtrundfahrt hat nur zwei Sehenswürdigkeiten (das Rathaus und eine Moschee). Den Markt ohne Guide zu erkunden war auch etwas schwierig. Im ganzen zu wenig Leistung für so viel Geld.

Yousef our guide was great, very informative and friendly. Cable car ride was amazing, well worth it for the views. We had approx 15/20 minutes there. The Argan oil centre was well worth a visited and very interesting. The market was a moroccan experience not to be missed.

This was a great full packed tour in half a day highlighting the best of Agadir. Samir the guide and Mohammed driver met us at our hotel. Samir introduced himself and the driver and gave us an account of the mornings activities. Samir was brilliant he was so knowledgable about the surroundings and keen to answer questions. Everything was well planned, safe and enjoyable.

Cable car ride was the best part. Limited time at top as all other passengers had not used the cable car and had arrived at the top earlier via the mini bus. Tour guide took us to his ‘friends’ stalls in the medina, we were hugely overcharged for herbal tea. Then taken to a stall selling local pottery where we wanted to buy a small pot. The price started at 380 dirhams and reduced to 300 dirhams (about £30). We left the tour guide & bought the same pot at a neighbouring stall for 40 (£4). BEWARE

Omar, our guide, was very knowledgeable about the history of Agadir and it's people showing us the old and the new. The cable car tour was good and the souk was quite an experience. Driving around the different areas and showing the sights added to the short excursion.

It was a fantastic experience! The transportation was well-organized, and we highly recommend asking for Youssef (I think that's the right spelling) when booking this experience. He was incredibly informative, providing helpful information/advice not only about the cable car trip but also about other aspects of Moroccan life. Our stops included the Kasbah castle, an argan oil factory, and one of the largest markets in Agadir, and Youssef gave us some time to explore these places. Just excellent.

Our guide, Yusef was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He spoke English very well and explained everything as we visited the harbour, Mosque, Market and the cable car ride. A good overall view of Agadir and explanation of places visited. We felt safe and well looked after. Would recommend this trip for a morning in Agadir. The cable car was brilliant.

Yousef was knowledgeable and very helpful. Cable cars to Kasbah is an experience to try and views are amazing. Sunday Market was busy but an opportunity to haggle and pick up a few bits.

The tour guide took us on an amazing journey through Agadir, took us to an Argan Oil factory, where we were both impressed with the quality of skin and kitchen products available, the cable car, the marina, through the town, through some new upcomming residential areas, old town, bazars and showed us the beach. He spoke very good english. The car arrived on time and we were quite lucky to have the car to ourselves! 10/10.
