The drive to Zion National Park it's full of landmarks such as twisting canyons cut by the Virgin River, surprising grottos of lush ferns, waterfalls and emerald pools. In the Park you will have several trails to hike on, from family friendly riverside walks, to the classic slot canyon adventure. This tour also includes the ghost town of Grafton, a historic Mormon settlement with a small group of aging wooden buildings and a well-preserved cemetery.
When you have finished exploring this area, you can continue your drive to Bryce Canyon National Park. You can take the Zion-Mt Carmel Highway (RT 9 connector) a highly scenic stretch of road with its switchbacks and sweeping views back to Zion’s towering cliffs and the Great Arch.
