Immerse yourself in the history of Sardinia Island and Sardinian masks with a visit to the Museum of Mediterranean Masks in Mamoiada and the workshop of an expert mask maker.

Your experience will begin inside the museum, where you will enter the mysterious world of traditional masks of Barbagia and the Mediterranean basin that starts in Mamoiada and crosses the different countries, discovering ancient propitiatory rituals related to the agro-pastoral world for approx. 45 minutes.

Together with your guide you will then move by foot or by car, depending on the weather, to the place where the Mamuthones masks are made, to take part to the workshop of the artisan who will show you the secrets and stages of his work, for approx 45 minutes. At the end of your experience, you will go back to the Mask Museum.
