The best way to get to know the most important city of Andalusia is surely to immerse yourself in it and live an authentic, true local experience. In a 3,5 hrs walking food tour you will dive into this world of culinary experiences, during which you will try only the best dishes of each restaurant.
A local guide will take you through the beautiful streets of the old town, passing by the most famous monuments, while giving you an insight into the history and culture.
Here is a list of the possible tastings: Montadito de pringá: the montaditos are one of the typical Spanish finger foods and some tapas you can’t miss. Ham croqueta: crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, the typical croquetas are made with a mixture of béchamel and diced ham. Iberian Ham: traditional cold cuts, a delicious showcase of the region’s rich culinary heritage. Cod fritters: buñuelos de bacalao, soft and crispy snacks, usually prepared with a combination of desalted and flaked salt cod, flour, eggs, water, and butter. And a veggie salad, every traditional Spanish cookbook has this recipe. Gazpacho: a refreshing Andalusian, crisp cucumbers, and a splash of olive oil and vinegar. Topped with small cubes of jamón serrano, it's a perfect burst of flavour. Churros with chocolate: the churros are long-shaped doughnuts fried in hot oil, and served with a cup of hot chocolate.
