Guided by the professionals, you'll have the chance to milk and feed the Majorero goats and enjoy a freshly squeezed glass of goat's milk mixed with gofio, a tasty local cereal. Next, you'll learn how the Majorero cheese is made, and then you'll have a chance to try your hand at making your own fresh goat's cheese, which you can personalize and vacuum pack to take home.No visit to the goat farm is complete without sampling the award-winning goat's cheeses, presented on a cheese-board with local jams and mojo sauce.
