Start at Lac Cai beach and follow your guide as you paddle to the mangrove. Admire the breathtaking sceneries around you and look down through the glass bottom of your kayak. Paddle through the mangrove tunnels and spot various types of birds. While snorkeling one of the mangrove tunnels, you will be amazed by the different varieties of fish, coral and sponges.

The mangroves are a very important part of Bonaire and are internationally protected by the RAMSAR Treaty. It is considered as a nursery for many species of wildlife.
