The Sky Lagoon itself was great, one of the best experiences we have been on. But when we arrived it seemed they had lost our booking. Despite paying £160 for two, we were told theat we did not have a booking. "Who did you book with?" we said tui, for which the answer was "how do you spell that?". How do they not recognise TUI? Eventually they found the booking, and the sky lagoon was great, but this was a very bad start.
