Great tour but absolutely not able to deal with a passenger who was suddenly taken poorly. No clean up kit available, tour guide was very uncaring and lacked any compassion towards the poorly gentleman. My husband actually cleaned up the coach and checked on the poorly gentleman. Terrible customer relations, very lacking.

Enjoyed the experience but the guide was not very good with time keeping and organisation. The length of time on the coach was excessive in relation to the time at the location.

Enjoyed this trip. Great driver, given difficult route. Guide was professional and helpful. However, while it was billed as an half day trip timing 10 am -4 pm with no break for lunch and only two rest stops made it a difficult day without food. We know lunch was not included but a longer break for lunch should have been built into the schedule or at least an instruction that a lunch break would not be included and for customers to bring their own food and drink.

A well-worth experience. The view is incredible if you are able to pay extra for cable car via the rep, and we were lucky with the clear weather. However, we did not get long there before being rushed back onto the coach, then 15mins at a cafe down the road where we didn’t even get chance to finish our ice creams. In our opinion, this 15mins would have been better spent at Teide. Also no allocated time for lunch & not allowed to eat on the coach.

Guides need to be more specific what time everyone needs to be back at the meeting point to transfer back to hotel. Two people were left behind on our coach. Would not have liked to have been in there shoes.

I enjoyed the views and cable car ride. There’s a great cafe and shop at the bottom of the cable car. But more information is needed before booking. For example I didn’t know it would be a 2hr coach ride from the hotel and with a young child I probably wouldn’t have booked had I known this. Also it needs to be made clear how cold it is at the top, we took jumpers and trousers but could only stay about 5 minutes after we got out of the cable car!

The guide did his absolute best, commentating in both German and English. However he did regularly struggle with English. I am a tour guide and I only guide in my own language, so I appreciate how very hard he worked, going between two foreign languages, but it was off-putting. The cable car ticket wasn't included in the price, which was stated by Tui, but being asked for an extra €70+ was a bit of a shock. Maybe state that price for future visitors.

The food was fantastic, something for everyone, all day if you’re all inclusive! I would recommend booking trips before you go because sometimes they don’t fit in with your plans or there’s no spaces left. There’s a separate pool where we stayed but you need to mark your spot early with your towel. I would recommend the dolphin and mount tidi visit

We were disappointed that despite being stated on our tickets, there was no cable car option which was in fact the reason we chose this trip. The guide was really good. He gave us lots of information throughout. The scenery was amazing. Being in the middle of a cloud was the highlight of the trip for me. I would suggest a lunch break as everyone from the trip headed to the snack bar as soon as we returned. We left at 11.44 and returned at 17.30 which is a long time without a meal

Christian (and I hope I’m spelling his name right!) was a great guide, very informative and funny throughout the whole trip. We had a great time at the top of Teide and the cable car rides were amazing with phenomenal views. I was admittedly scared to go up but it’s honestly child’s play! No altitude sickness (you’re not up long enough for that anyway!) just an experience like no other. Breathtaking views, totally worth the trip!

Teide was really interesting to see and the guide was helpful and gave us an extra 15 min at the top to the normal time slot. Bus journey was fairly long (3H)on the way as had to go to Santa Cruz to pick up passengers but was shorter on the way back (went to Puerto de la Cruz first) overall very good experience:)

Picked up @10.05 from Puerto de la Cruz. Pick ups then took till 12 and then we went to the mountains. Arrived @ Mt Tiede @ 1pm and then went to Nat Park for 1 hour ie return to bus at 2.30. Spent another 3+ hours coming down & dropping off- back at hotel @5.15. Ridiculous - 6 hrs on the bus & only 90 mins at the National Park which was not enough time to look around the visitor centre & have lunch. Went down to las caletillas and then back up to Santa Cruz where we had come from 2 times.

A most amazing experience above the clouds. Totally unlike the coastal areas. We were fortunate that we had a minibus rather than a full-sized coach for the small roads. The guide explained about everything and gave us plenty of time to explore at various stages. There is little time for food and drink stops, so bring some food as it is a long tour! The cable-car was closed when we went but it is expensive and I'm not sure whether there is time on this trip. Absolutely brilliant.

The guide we had was great, constantly telling us about the history of the island and Teide! We unfortunately didn't get to use the cable car due to snow and low visibility but still really enjoyed the trip.
