Very good and knowledgeable tour guide. Was able to learn alot of histoy about the city and see the quiet village, the holy family church and the free time. We felt safe and the tour guide was friendly and knew alot of history about the city. I would recommend this tour to anyone wishing to visit Barcelona.

We had an excellent tour of Barcelona with our guide Teresa. Even though we have recently stayed in Barcelona we saw some sites we hadn’t seen. We had enough time free time to go to where we wanted. Teresa made sure everyone was looked after and had an excellent knowledge of the city. Thank you.

We arrived at Poble Espanyol for it opening and were able to enjoy it before it got too busy. The exterior of the Sagadra Familia is extraordinary, would loved to have gone in but there isn't time on this trip. We had around 2.5 hours free time to explore Las Rambla which didn't sound much but after a busy, hot but very enjoyable day we were happy to get back on the bus around 4.30. Guide Michael was helpful and friendly. Overall, a great excursion.

The split of time across the three stops could have been better. Sagrada Familia was very rushed at just 35 minutes, whereas you had well over two hours at Las Ramblas. The guide, Mike, was just OK. He was relying on people not really listening and was getting dates etc mixed up. The trip was very much just OK.

Overall the day was very good & Mike was really informative. The collection was on time from a hotel very close to ours . You obviously are constrained by time & need to work with the restraints.But as an adult with two teenagers we all really enjoyed our day in Barcelona

Excellent trip, tour guide was fantastic, very friendly, very informative of the area, and the history of Catalonia. Poble Espanyol was beautiful with fabulous views of the city of Barcelona. Barcelona itself was great, Gaudi's Sagrada Familia is absolutely beautiful, as is the city itself. Will definitely visit Barcelona again as there is far too much to see in one day, but this trip gives you the opportunity to have a a taste of this fantastic city and what is on offer.

The trip is well overpriced for what it is. The Spanish village is nice but not everyone’s cup of tea and a bit dull. Not enough time in Barcelona looking at what makes the city great, the football club was hardly mentioned. Could have done with more time at Sagrada Familia, even an additional 10 minutes would have helped. Also some more free time in Las Ramblas to explore. All in all I felt like it was an overpriced waste of money that hardly touched on what makes Barcelona such a great place.

Michael our guide was fantastic. He gave us loads of information and direction. Walked us to The Cathedral of the Holy Cross and Saint Eulalia . We had 2 hours free time after the Cathedral. It was a good trip for a taster of Barcelona but you would need to return again to see more. I would recommend this trip.

The TUI guide with the coach walked past us as we proceeded from our hotel, Belevedere, to the coach No 6, at the correct pick up point, the Romana Hotel. The coach door was closed and as we waited the tour guide returned and got on the coach, without speaking to us, and drove off leaving us standing there. We were there before the stated collection time. We spoke with the Tui rep in Belevedere and he showed us a photo the guide took outside Belevedere and no one there. We were at the Romana.

We were told to wait for the coach outside the hotel. Which we did. It didn't arrive,so after 3/4 of an hour we went back into the hotel and complained. Eileen told us that we had been waiting in the wrong place. We were offering to go the next day,but it was too long a tour. My husband and l both heard the instructions to wait outside the hotel,but we were told that was not the case.

Mile was amazing with his knowledge and understanding of the areas. And the driver was kind and friendly. Well structured for the locations but would have enjoyed more free time but understand due to the location this wouldn't be hugely possible. Possible try and arrange 3 pick up spots to prevent the traveling to hotels so save time as that took a while to do.

Our tour guided was excellent. We didn’t really find the old Spanish town very good. Half of the shops were closed and lots and lots of schoolchildren were visiting, they were running about all over the place. When in Barcelona city we were warned by the tour guide about pickpockets, we experienced seeing a member from our bus be attempted with pick pockets, we were watching them and scared them off. This totally put us on edge during the Sagrada Famillia viewing, we didn’t feel safe at all.

The coach journey was good and the guide was very informative. She had great knowledge of the city. But it was restricted to only 3 parts of the city, the Spanish Village, Holy Family Church and the port so it wasn't really a city tour as such. The guide described it as a snapshot kind of tour to give ideas where to visit if we go back to Barcelona, suggesting a weekend break would be the best form. Maybe drop 'city' tour and suggest specific tours of Barcelona?

The tour was priced at 49 euros each at the hotel , but as no tui rep turned up we had to book it online. This cost us £49 each which meant we paid over 18 euros extra for the trip , and it would not accept the promo code either. We were only allowed 45 minutes to see the famalia sagrada Church and only just over an hour to see poble espanol. This only allowed us just enough time to see the museum. It wasn't worth a few hours of free time as it took too long to get too and from pick up point.

Teresa was a perfect tour guide. She has so much experience and made sure everyone syncs their time, knows the meeting points and times. Teresa gave a fascinating commentary about Catalonia, Gaudi and so much more. The driver was excellent. The coach was comfortable. 5* experience.

Deze recensie heeft niets te maken met de excursie op zich, dat was allemaal ok. Het probleem is dat de TUI agent geen ticket of ander fysiek materiaal kon afleveren bij de boeking, enkel een mail. Dit stelde oudere reizigers voor een probleem want die hebben geen mail **********. Hierdoor werden hun boekingen op mijn ********** geplaatst met de nodige print-problemen in het hotel. Ik heb dus de taak van de TUI agent kunnen doen. ??

Our guide was very informative, telling us about where we were driving through. On arriving at Spanish village he took us upto the monastery and then we had free time. Arriving in Barcelona our guide took us to the Cathedral ( he had already given us information on the coach) The Cathedral was amazing. We had 2 hours free time. Our coach driver was great.

We throughly enjoyed our experience of the Barcelona tour. The couch picked us up on time and the driver Antonio and the tour guide Micheal where very pleasant and helpful. Micheal explained everything about the day and spoke about the diffent experiences we would see. We felt safe throughout the whole tour. Would recommend this day trip.

Great tour guide (Isabella) with a great sence of humour Very informative The places we were taken to were exceptional Some lovely additional touches such as going around the look output twice so everyone could get a good view, heading around some great architecture by Gaudi and offering cold drinks at a reduced rate whilst on board the coach as it was such a hot day

Guide Vanessa was very knowledgeable about the sights. Wish we could have seen more of Barcelona but as we were told this was a taster as there is not enough time to see it all. Would be nice if you provided a Gaudi tour. That would be fantastic!
