Great

The pick was on time but had to cross a main road to board. There was no check or communication as we boarded. The day was extended by at least 1.5 hours to pick up a small group a Tui Magic in Pizzo. The day was generally ok and the driver was good -Enzo as was the guide-Mimi. Providing the dialogue in English and German was problematic but ok.

Excellent

A great day but a long one. There are several pick ups from different hotels which elongates an already fully day. Betty our tour guide was superb, funny and so much help when my sister in law lossy cash. She tracked back through the town w her and eventually tracked it down to the Cathedral. Her colleague dropped it back on their next trip. Can’t ask for more than that

Great

It was an extremely long day especially on the coach. We were among the last to be picked up so were on the coach at 9am and returned 6.30pm as we had to travel around dropping everyone off. It could have been improved with a complimentary drink somewhere. A lovely opportunity to see a bit of Calabria but smaller vehicles would have meant less time for everyone on the coach.

Great

The description of the tour could be better, e.g. to describe the full itinerary. The trip is not 8 hours long, it is longer. That said we did enjoy the trip, the guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately it was too hazy to see Stromboli on the way back. The trip is a good way of seeing a little of Italy Whicker in holiday and overall I would recommend it.

Great

Beautiful places to visit. The guide was very nice, but mainly spoke in German and there was very little info for 3 English couples

Excellent

Mimi was a good guide. The pace is a little rushed at times, particularly in Scilla, after the lunch (but we like to take photos, so always ran a little behind the group). Try to visit the museum in Reggio to see the Bronzes. Scilla is absolutely beautiful. If you want free time for lunch on your own here, discuss a re-meet time with your guide, as the drop off and pick up points in Scilla are not the same. Highly recommend the walk with your guide through Scilla old town after lunch - Lovely!

Great

Very enjoyable trip, the guide was very knowledgeable and attentive. We went to the restaurant she recommended in Scilla and enjoyed our lunch. Nice drive, predominantly along the coast with great views of Sicily from Reggio.

Great

Both lovely places, lunch stop was a waste of time, expensive and not particularly good.. Long time spent on coach dropping guests off at remote locations. Coach needed serious attention, seat recliners broken and not able to put upright, insufficient legroom between rows. Overall quote uncomfortable

Excellent

Tour guide (Mimi) had good English and was good fun. Short guided tour along Reggio esplanade optional before free time. Optional lunch in Scilla on arrival, although encouraged to eat at that restaurant. I felt quality of restaurant food exagarated, sordfish meal very basic and cost included wine whether u wanted it or not. Guided tour through Scilla afterwards got a bit confusing as group from other coach made it difficult to hear anything Mimi said.

Average

Too much time allocated to Reggio Calabria, would have been much nicer to have had lunch on sea front at Scilla and more time to explore this picturesque fishing village.

Excellent

The trip to Scilla and Reggio Calabria was lovely - not a long drive from our resort and they were both special places - very authentic with lots of history and not 'touristy'. Reggio had an amazing ice cream stall - allegedly second best in Italy and you could see the island of Sicily from Scilla across the Straits of Messina - whilst sitting in a quirky beach music cafe with perfectly chilled wine. Wish we were still there!
