The Pallas Husky tour staff provided a great experience however for some reason on this occasion the end of our tour was rushed to return some members back to the hotel for another experience. It was supposed to be a 2 hour experience, we were at the husky venue for about 90 mins. No negative feedback on the experience providers, the issue lies with the TUI experience co-ordinators scheduling. Disappointing.

I think it is a very expensive trip for the amount we paid. £926 for 2 adults and 4 children. Felt rushed and for what was probably only 30 mins on the ride isn’t value for money. I was hoping it would be my family on our own not another 10 families from the hotel. Would book my own private excursion next time.

The trip was a great addition to our trip, the staff were very friendly, helpful and informative. All the trips are a little expensive when you’re paying for a family of four but for people who can afford it I would do it. We did this and the Reindeer trip and they were very different and both just magical. I feel lucky that we did have the opportunity to do both on this occasion

The whole experience was well organised but far too short on the actual Husky trail it was far too expensive for the actual time spent there.

The musher Sharks was great, very knowledgeable about the dogs and happy to answer all our questions. The dogs were amazing and we got to pet them at the end which they seemed to love. The ride was fantastic! Not a criticism of the trip but make sure you have very warm gloves as my fiancé and I both couldn't feel our fingers by the end.

Simply an awesome experience! During the driving tutorial I was slightly apprehensive at the thought of driving the sledge but once we started that quickly turned from apprehension to exhiliration.

UK health and safety standard definitely doesn’t apply here. You are give a 5 minute very vague demonstration and left to it. It’s very hard work to control and keep your balance and one of the dogs in our team broke free and ran off when we tried to get started. I don’t believe the dogs do all enjoy it but they do seem to be well looked after. The staff are very abrupt and seem extremely stressed. Overall I’m glad I did it but I think it’s very expensive for how long you get (one circuit).

Being around the husky’s and seeing them do What they are bread to do is amazing. Although a few of them fighting over dominance scared me and the 7 year old a bit, it was a learning curve as to what happens in a pack And when to leave animals alone. We did encounter a few near misses with our sledge nearly tipping. And with nothing to hold onto this was really hard work keeping myself and a 7 year old in my lap. But it was still so much fun, especially the pooping whilst running party for the 7 year old haha. and the tour guides were amazing!! As were the staff at the husky farm. Meeting the puppies and the momma was just an adorable experience.
