I feel like we’ve wasted our money booking this attraction. The coach picked us up at 3.30 and it didn’t close till 5. However even though we missed the sea lion show it turned out to be a blessing in disguise, the kids got bored and splash pad suitable for 3-6y Also coach driver wasn’t allowing me back on the bus to go back to hotel because my top was backless even though there was no issues on the way there. Had to sit in a wet towel for over an hour to get back to the hotel. Disappointed

This is more like a few hours trip. It took an hour and a halve to get there by coach and within 30 minutes we had seen everything, to the point where we actually left and just walked around the town to try and kill time until the coach arrived. It was unfortunate but this was a complete waste of money and a waste of our last day. All the shows were in Spanish and there was absolutely nothing to do or see. I was so upset and wish I had never booked it. No worth the money at all unfortunately.

There is no fast track or priority seating. Paying the extra just gives children fish food, ice cream and 10% off and adults a drink. Not worth paying the extra

Your guide that have a list of the gold bookings need to tell customers where they can access the gold seating for the sealion and dolphin shows. As when we arrived none of the Marineland staff knew what we’re talking about. We found a single small sign after the shows. Regular customers just took the open seats and fold seat early on the gates opening. Coaches could have some of the destination written in the window. As it wasn’t clear amongst 5 buses in quick succession which one we needed.

The dolfin show and parrot show were excellent also feeding the coi feed was very good. I purchased gold entrance tickets but never received any of the benefits of this no one there to tell us anything about that so that was a waste of money.

Comfortable coach journey there, the guide was very friendly and knowledgable. Marineland was an amazing experience, particularly the dolphin and sea lion shows. Our grandson loved the dolphin experience which was an additional €25 including a photograph. We purchased an additional photograph with the parrots at the entrance of the park, which was €12. The cafe on site was reasonably priced however the shop and souvenirs were a little pricey. The coach delivered us to our hotel on return.

The day was wonderful and the park was amazing. It's small but very good and the staff are very attentive to the needs of the animals / birds. The dolphins were the main attraction and at a cost you could meet and interact with them. There were vouchers to get free drinks/ money off and a gift from the shop which was nice. We felt that the cost was good for what we received but there was absolutely no interaction from the 'Guide' They never spoke at all on the journey or stayed in the park.

Marineland Israel’s is small and compact, with few displays to take any time over viewing. The dolphin and sea lion shows were definitely the highlight for our group. Sadly the day was spoiled for us by the lack of communication in how long the journey to and from the venue would take, with one passenger on board our bus suffering travel sickness! There was definitely more time spent travelling than at the site which dampened the whole day experience for us ??

Marineland was lovely, you get 10% off shop and restaurant and a free gift which is a lanyard and a free small drink or beer. This is part of the "standard tui gold package" the park itself is small. So we did need to go around a couple of times and the sealion and dolphin shows were great, our tui transfer being 30 mins late despite having a message they would arrive earlier was a bit disappointing though.

A little over priced but overall great experience. Food offering on site was mediocre and service was nonexistent really. The guide was very knowledgeable and polite. Had a harsh breaking incident on the coach coming back a number of people hit their heads on seat in front. which was blamed on other driver but really not enough space being left for errors. Overall though highly recommend the show at marine land.

Transfer included 2 other trips to a water park and Katmandu. We actually passed our location to drop of Marineland to drop to these 2 places first then double backed to Marineland. We were asked to arrive back at 3:30 for departure again we then left to collect from the 2 destinations this again driving further from our destination to again double back for the journey home total time on the coach totalling almost 5 hours

Our bus was over 10 minutes late and we were not notified about that so we were all extremely confused and worried. We received no information about what to show at the entrance and the "guide lady" didn't even know if we had the right voucher; upon approaching her when the bus finally came she looked at our voucher and said "Ja if its for Marineland this is it probably" and she didn't even check if our names were on the list when she wasn't sure. Plus our Tui hotel wasn't even a pickup option.

The show was very interesting with dolphins. You can take a photo with a dolphin for an extra fee. A cage with birds... As for the animals, everything is great. What I didn't like was the very expensive food and very poor quality, made from frozen food from the supermarket and quickly heated up in a microwave. The price is like in a luxury restaurant... higher than regular restaurants in the city.

Loved marineland very friendly staff and so clean in a really good area as well .. our only issue was the rep as when first arrived to pick us up on bus she took a couple and was getting ready to leave until I mentioned we had booked onto the trip as well . She didn't speak at all on the bus to anyone but the driver going and coming back . On the way back she was asleep the whole way got off the bus and went home before we had left very rude and 100% not people friendly

My son loved the sea lion and dolphin show. The park is near a beautiful beach which gives a lovely restaurant area to sit and relax at. I didn't like that there wasn't much animals or things to do. We walked round the park and seen all the animals within half an hour.

People were not checked at first stop and they got on the coach. Then added an extra 25ish minutes to our journey to drop them off at airport and this made the journey too long and lost us valuable time at marineland. This was a careless error by the woman who was the coach guide. Marine land is lovely but paying extra for VIP seat was pointless as there were none and anyone could enter through the VIP way in to the normal seats.

Dolphin, sea lion and parrot shows are worth the entry alone. Nothing else much to see. Aquarium is done in 30 seconds, reptile house too. Transfers are a bonus - wouldn’t have a clue how to get there without them (haven’t rented a car).

Quite expensive as just a transfer and entrance ticket. We upgraded to gold for a few perks and had 10% off but a lot for the coach as nearly double the entrance prices. Although it is a small park the shows are amazing and worth it. We paid extra at the park (desk opposite the penguins) for a premium dolphin experience as a present for our little one which was worth every penny. We had 35 mins in the main dolphin pool after the show to swim with the dolphins and have photos in the pool.

Easy to book, loved gold Tui option which gave free ice cream and fish food and adult drink and lanyard, plus 10% off in the park. Park was a lovely day out and we enjoyed the shows, paid extra to have photos with dolphins and sea lions, which were really well organised. The splash park was great to cool off and the beach looked a great space, although it was too hot on our day so we spent a little time in the shade enjoying an ice cream to cool down after time in the splash area.

'Gold seating/Priority seating' is non existent. Just an open gate with a sign on anyone can walk through. Over an hour before the start the 'priority' seating had filled with other customers. Picked up by unmarked coach with no guide. Bus driver never checked tickets or did head count. When we arrived, the driver said he’d be back at 16:40, we had to ask where pick-up point would be, to which he replied “up there on the right”. Marineland itself was a good although we missed the Dolphin Show due to bus timing and 2nd show started just before return pick-up time. Unfortunately, although we were waiting from 16:20, the bus never arrived back. We waited 1hr in taxi queue and paid €10!

Lovely little place where the staff are friendly and the animals all look extremely well cared for. Some nice extra experiences to do while there like having photos took with a dolphin and a sea lion there is also a dolphin experience which we didn’t do but looked good. The coach trip to the Marineland took 2.5 hours from our resort and I don't think we would have booked this trip if we'd known that it took that long. This information wasn't provided. The actual Marineland is very small and there isn't a lot to see. The dolphin show was amazing and if it wasn't for that I wouldn't have recommended this trip at all.

Fantastic trip. Site is small but the shows help to make it last a bit longer. Lots of opportunities for photos, fish feeding ect. I just wish you had the option to book and pay for the different dolphin experiences before our holiday. We didn't realise for an extra expense we could of had a dolphin experience in the water. We didnt have enough spending money for this on the day. If we knew prices before hand we could of planned for it.

Lovely day out at Marineland good value for money brilliant shows and a vast array of beautiful reptiles and birds found the place to be very clean and tidy staff very helpful would highly recommend and definitely go again in the future The tui rep(can't remember her name British lived in mallorca 30 + yrs)and driver were fantastic very informative and gave out lots of useful tips and information prior to arriving which was very useful

Amazing shows! Dolphin, sea lion and parrot. The dolphin was our favourite. I could tell the staff really cared about the animals and were knowledgeable. The park itself is laid out well (not too busy) simple and just right. It’s right on the beach and the views are stunning. Would defiantly return. The food/drink around the park was very good value for money. We had 4 and a half hours there which is more than enough time to do everything. TUI transfer rep was very helpful and friendly.

I didn’t like the transfer details on my ticket. It just said be there at the bus stop at a certain time but was not mention what kind of bus shall we take. Messaged tui the day before and they confirmed we have to take a local bus for free but it turned out it wasn’t free. The park itself was ok it is a bit small. We watched the dolphin and seal show that was good. The staff at the entrance was good. Took care of us and explained everything. Didn’t use the beach, looked small and rocky

A lovely place to visit, some good attractions within the attraction, only a few hours worth of visit though, not the biggest of places, but we'll looked after. Free transfer there was good, but could do with some more information about the return journey. Did have to wait nearly 40 minutes for bus back to resort. All in all though a good day out

A nice little excursion, good shows and great photo opportunities…the complimentary extra TUI adds was nice and we thought the trip was very well planned out…my only thought would be to reduce the overall time spent there by maybe an hour…we found it too long ~ this is just our personal opinion. Bus was 50 minutes later than the time we were told to be there for. The guide didn’t have a record of our booking but thankfully let us on. We didn’t need to use the gold pass for entry and we didn’t arrive until after 11 by which time everyone was already in. Nowhere in the park offered the 10% discount that is stated in the gold booking as we were just told that they weren’t aware of it even after showing the email.

Marineland itself was amazing. The bus journey was not. There were multiple stop offs and we were last making the transfer more 2hrs apposed to 1. We were then first pickup. So we had approx 4hra at the place which was JUST enough time to see all the shows. That was it. When we arrived at Marineland, the guide just walked off the bus. Didn’t tell us to stay/what was happening we had to figure this out for ourselves after waiting 30 mins for her to return with tickets for entry.

Shows were good at the park, but overall it is very small and can be completed very quickly. Found ourselves hanging around for the bus - and that was with a late arrival. The bus collected us on time but the transfer was 2hrs 2mins. We have been compensated £24 for this delay, but they doesn’t take away from the annoyance this caused and the overall experience, which didn’t feel like almost £100 worth.

We really enjoyed all the show good value for money. Didn't like. Was the price of the food in the restaurant €26 for 3 plates of chips and large coke and a bottle of water. Plus the gift was a pure rip off. Photo take as we go in €12 a pure joke. TUI sells these excursions and you should make people aware of how expensive the food and the gift shop is.

This was the most amazing day out! The dolphin show being the absolute highlight. Never seen anything like it. All added extras that were offered with Tui were allocated without problem including Free photo and Sunhat. Unfortunately the 10% discount wasn’t agreed to or known about, but we weren’t too worried having had the other bits. Pick up point for the bus transfer to the experience took a few emails to confirm, so a road name was the most helpful, as opposed to a satellite photo…

The bus to marineland was super long, nearly double the drop off due to families changing their mind and wanting to get off. Once there the lady on the bus was super efficient organising tickets and made it clear where to meet coming back. Dolphin show was spectacular, it didn't matter the dolphin and seal lion show weren't in English. Could maybe of done with more or less time. It wasn't quite enough to be able to use the splash zone

Fornøyd med opplevelsen i Marineland. Bussen var ganske forsinket ved opphenting, og ble en lang tur med henting på flere hotell. Returen tok over to timer… Da kjente vi angeren.. Det ble for mye busstid for oss og ungene.. Guiden snakket vel så vidt engelsk, og hun hadde vi ikke behov for på tur bortsett fra at hun krysset oss inn og ut av buss å hentet bilettene til inngangen. :) Men Marineland anbefales. Men fra alcudia er bussreisen så vidt verd det ifh til all tiden det tok.

The animals/birds were great to see and watch in the shows but I expected more of them. The kids spent more time in the water splash park but they had a brilliant day out overall. I was a bit disappointed after spending the extra to get Plus tickets, the kids got a wee penguin keyring, we didn't get the 10% discount on the drinks we bought at the dolphin show or when buying pizza for lunch. There was no obvious priority seating area for the shows, so for me, paying the extra just wasn't worth it

The original booking was postponed and that caused us to miss another experience. Driver was 30 minutes late and did not apologise for been late. Return journey driver did not speak did not shout out the stops. The marineland experience was very good all the shows were brilliant very very good experience. Thank you!!!

Really enjoyed aspects of the venue. The shows were amazing, and many animals to see. The food on site was expensive but local shops can accommodate if your on a budget. The tour guide Miss O was brilliant, very engaging and wonderful interaction with the family.

Park it’s self was really good, a little smaller than expected and kind of ran out of things to see but good fun. Guide wasn’t very helpful, dropped us off and just left with a piece of paper stating collection time, we paid for priority entrance meaning we didn’t have to cue, however nothing was mention about where we had to go. Collection point wasn’t very clear either

Overall a good experience but very highly priced for what you get. Apart from the shows an hour or two would complete the trip. However the shows where fun to watch and a good experience. Only so much you can do unless willing to pay a lot more for better experiences. €12 for a photograph is over priced would be a nice gesture if it was in a proper frame therefore value for money
